An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. We stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night. Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️ From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! 🌴❤️

We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, clean, and offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was how the team went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful decorations and a lovely birthday arrangement that made the day extra memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

This beach resorts belongs to the Nirwana Gardens, which has a lot hotels and resorts in the same area. Each resort and hotel cater to different travel needs. For this beach resort i stayed in, it is more for travellers who wanted some place quieter, and less crowded. There is a cafe here, where the breakfast is served and you can eat your lunch and dinner too. For choosing whether Garden View or Sea View, just think of the place like like, there are 2 rows of chalet. First row is beach facing, 2nd row is behind the 1st row. The cafe, defi cafe, served great food with large portion. Of course large is subjective. They do have half hour regular shuttle bus to the rest of the hotels and restaurants within their branch. For me, i prefer to walk to the Nirwana Resort hotel, where it’s cater more for families i think. The spice restaurant and kelong restaurant are buildings by themselves . You can also either take the shuttle bus or walk there. My garden view room, is very spacious. I really don’t have any comments, other than i like my room. All in all, if your objective is to have some quieter time and less noisy environment, i would said definitely choose this beach resorts. Last comment is that other than the inclusive breakfast, do be prepared to pay resort pricing for your other meals.

I like how they treat their guest as friends and family! I couldn't get a taxi from nearby and asked help from the owner, he is kind enough to made arrangement to send me to hotel! The room is very spacious and clean. Their breakfast is up to standard of 5 star hotel, the omelette was so delicious! The price was definitely a worth for your stay. One only thing that could be included in the room is hairdryer I guess. Awesome stay!

Suitable for honeymooners here.quiet and nice scenery if we booked a room which is on top of the hill.there's buggy services to and fro from lobby to room and room to restaurant.all staffs there are friendly and polite. M.Arvin the receptionist is very helpful and can rely on whatever guests needed.he recommended us to a nice seafood restaurant which is not really far and he even drive us to the restaurant after his duty.price also reasonable as we could get fresh live seafood.really a nice person M.Arvin. De Bintan Villa located quite far from shops.so my advice is do shop whatever you think you need before arrive to de bintan villa.

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.
