Kobe Hotels with Bars

This was the kids' favorite hotel during our 15-day trip to Japan. The mountain scenery is beautiful, it's very quiet, and the air is fresh. We had a lot of fun making a fire, cooking, and having a BBQ together. The house is well-maintained, clean, refreshing, and warm enough. The staff are all very friendly and always provide timely assistance. The hotel's paid shuttle service can take you to some nearby attractions, which is also very convenient.

I booked this hotel because it was touted as one of Asia's top 100 onsen hotels for 2025. However, apart from the hot springs being decent, every other aspect of the service was a massive letdown. To begin with, both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast the following day were truly subpar. The room was dreadfully small. Furthermore, despite inquiring about kimonos (as there were none in the room) with both the front desk manager and a server, who assured us they would send them up shortly and even took our sizes, not a single kimono materialized by the time we checked out the next day. We paid over 7,000 RMB for a family tatami room for four, including breakfast and dinner. At this price point, anyone staying here is simply getting ripped off. There will absolutely not be a second visit, and I also sensed a certain unfriendliness towards Chinese guests.

The room is large, with Western beds and tatami mats. It is very suitable for a family or a gathering of friends🎈. The room has a dining room. No more than five people can eat in the room. It is very convenient. The private bath is very convenient. The public bath is large and has gold Gintang is very close to the town and the transportation is very convenient. Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful environment. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of Kobe Port Tower, the harbor, and the Ferris wheel. It's also conveniently located close to Nankinmachi (Chinatown) and Sannomiya.

I don't speak Japanese, only a little English, so I was worried I wouldn't understand the check-in explanation. To my surprise, I actually understood it, and the staff member who explained everything was very thoughtful with their language. There's a shuttle service, and if you don't speak Japanese and want the driver to pick you up, you can ask for help at the Arima Town Tourist Information Center.

A heartwarming and thoughtful mountain hotel experience. This hotel stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of genuine hospitality – there was a dedicated shuttle service directly from the station to the hotel, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage around. The next day, I planned to explore the hot spring town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel proactively offered to store my luggage and deliver it to the station at the bottom of the mountain at the agreed time, completely freeing up my hands. The food was surprisingly delicious, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. The room was clean and comfortable, meticulously cleaned daily, and the common areas were also spotless. The service throughout was attentive yet unobtrusive. From the shuttle arrangements to the luggage storage, everything was efficient and heartwarming. It's truly perfect for travelers planning a hot spring trip. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

You will love this hotel. When we arrive a hotel by car. The staff will help you parking and take off the luggage to your room. Everything in hotel is perfect the room with onsen is very nice. The location very good if you stay this hotel you can walking to village area so easy We suggest you to booking room including dining with on chef’s table

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The service was excellent, the location was great, and the surroundings were beautiful. Being able to enjoy the hot springs was a huge plus. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'm looking forward to staying here again next time.

The homestay is located near Xiwuzi Station. There are many foods around. Just by the sea, you can see the Akashihai Bridge. At night, the bridge is lit with lights, and the waves are heard during the day. The environment is good. The staff is also very good at serving. It is a group of young people who will help with luggage. Very lucky that night, the room was alone, otherwise it might be a bit crowded. The room will have a little taste.
