It was a pleasent stay at JURAKU HOTEL,the room Is clean and the bed really comfertable.i had a Good Night sleep ,the station just 5 minutes away.hightly recommend for those travel to kobe,and yet it's really close to GLION AREANA.I just went there for TAEMIN's VEIL concert. The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Station East Exit. Hankyu/Hanshin electric trains, city subway, and Port Liner are all within a 5-minute walk. The direct bus stop for Kansai Airport and Itami Airport is right across from the hotel, so you don't have to drag your luggage far after landing. It's a quick 20-minute ride to Osaka Umeda and 40 minutes to Kyoto, making day trips a breeze. The self-service breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, including Kobe specialty bread, Japanese side dishes, and fresh fruit. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are also available, offering great value for money. There's a Lawson convenience store right by the entrance on the ground floor and a large supermarket next door, making it super easy to buy water, snacks, simple meals, and even cosmetics morning and night. The room type is comfortable, clean, and well-organized. Compared to other business hotels in similar locations in Japan, the room space is quite generous. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

The hotel is a little bit far away from Sannomiya. It takes at least 5-10 mins driving to there, so it probably takes 15 to 20 mins to walk there. As it is far from city, it is quiet, and the room is clean and large. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are limited and luckily I could find a parking space nearby. The service is good and the staff are very polite. It has welcome drinks offered. If you cannot find a hotel inside Kobe, this hotel would be another good choice to consider.

We absolutely loved everything! We booked room #11, which is a semi-basement room with a stone bath. The room is Japanese style, with futons on the floor, and comes with yukata and haori that you can wear to dinner or to the onsen. You can also borrow geta (wooden sandals). The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, with such an abundance of food that it was impossible to eat it all, especially dinner. Interestingly, part of dinner is self-prepared, like a 'hot pot' – you cook ingredients in a pot of boiling broth for a couple of minutes and then enjoy your freshly cooked meal! Guests also receive a free pass to the 'golden' onsen, which has iron-enriched water. The guesthouse's location is super convenient, right in the center, about 350 meters from the bus stop and a similar distance to the onsen. We were extremely satisfied! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances!

An older hotel but still very comfortable. Complimentary beverages are available at the reception and there’s a convenience store right next door for added convenience. The rates are affordable making it a great option for both short and long stays. The room was clean and overall there’s really nothing to complain about considering the price. Close to tourist attractions with a car. No parking on-site but there are many coins parking at the area.

In addition to free drinks, juice and coffee, red wine and white wine are provided every afternoon, allowing guests to soak in the hot spring bath to relax their body, mind and soul and enjoy a leisurely and carefree travel experience.

This is a well-established local hotel that's remarkably well-maintained and spotlessly clean. They offer both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, both excellent choices. The spacious public bath on the 5th floor is very comfortable; as the hotel wasn't crowded during our stay, we practically had it to ourselves every day. Just under a kilometer behind the hotel, there's a cable car station providing direct access to Mount Rokko, which is incredibly convenient for sightseeing. In the evenings, a delightful summer festival was also held nearby.

Location a bit far from Sannomiya station, it's on a uphill so quite hectic for travelers with large luggage. But there's a Matsuya and a few conbini around, and it's near to Ijinkan, so good overall.
