GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent! The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The sauna is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea. While the food variety is simple, the portions are generous, making it a fantastic backup. Overall, the services provided by the hotel are practical and understated, truly giving you a feeling of home.

AAdeLooImpressed by the very good services provided by staff. Packed our breakfast when we have a morning ferry to catch, store our luggages when we are away for 2 nights. Location is convenient, room is of good size and clean. Perfect.

GGuest UserA great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

QQingshexingThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the city center's commercial district and major transport hubs. Key city attractions are also very close, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff all perform their duties efficiently and work in an orderly manner.

TTurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the world's northernmost McDonald's.

It's a pity that we were almost out of batter when we got back.
The facilities are also normal
The only thing that can be improved is the smell of the hotel room
