For those planning business events, the services of a conference hall with 150 seats, technically equipped with all necessary equipment, are provided. It offers visitors free Internet access, free luggage storage and parking.
"The hotel from my past is as if in the 80s returned.
On the facade of 3 stars, in reality everything is very sad. Beds are very narrow, not more than 80cm , mattresses are very uncomfortable, springs are torched . The mattress requires either a top or a mattress at least 5 cm. For a large person it will be uncomfortable to sleep on a narrow bed. Pushers at the same time two, demolition, bed clean, it was delighted.
In the room there is a refrigerator that had to be turned off, very loud.
There is a teapot, a bowl and glasses, but water is not put. There is a cooler on the floor, it may be supposed to run to it with a teapot. There is no tea, coffee and so on. Why the teapot, I didn't understand.
There were towels in the bathroom and some bags with shampoo. No use.
Among the advantages of the proximity to the airport, it is evident from here and the price as at a good hotel in the city.
We needed to stay overnight as it was an early departure but failed to rest. From the corridor 100% hearing and inconvenience of beds led our attempts to none.
For breakfast didn't go, so I can't say anything.
Hotel is not recommended."

HaileyOne of the best hotels in Irkutsk. The front desk has been helping me get a taxi. I am really grateful. Opposite the hotel is a commercial complex, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and shopping. A few steps ahead is 138 Style Street, and a few more steps is Karl Marx Street. The scenery is great on the way back to the hotel from the Marx area. But I don't think I saw the caviar breakfast mentioned in the comments 😂

Liliana83I really liked the hotel. Nice clean cozy rooms. A soft, comfortable bed with clean, snow-white linens. The room has a kettle, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. I recommend everyone to take breakfast. Very tasty cooked breakfast. There is a pleasant, friendly administrator at the reception. We checked in quickly within 2 minutes. The room is quiet and peaceful, sound insulation is good. Good location relative to the airport. If we are in Irkutsk again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

BeijitutuWe checked in late at night. The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. The receptionist was lovely. We didn't have a SIM card, so getting a taxi was a hassle, but she was very helpful in getting one for us. The breakfast was also decent and tasted good. The location is excellent; it's perfectly within walking distance of most attractions in the city.

Guest UserStayed for 3 nights. Not only was there no cleaning service, but I even had to get my own toilet paper. The itinerary was ridiculous, and no one spoke English or Chinese. The hotel offered good value for money.
However, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right by the river, with amazing sunsets. With a late-night flight, I was able to check out at 12 PM and still sleep on the sofa downstairs and eat takeout without being disturbed.
The bed was incredibly bad, squeaking with every movement, but it did have a bathtub. There's a high-end restaurant on the ground floor, and the prices aren't too expensive. There's also a travel agency that I didn't get to interact with, but it seems like a good option for arranging tours. I only found out on the last day that there are several quiet places within a 2-hour drive, suitable for hiking, beaches, and forests. If you have 4-5 days and a group, you can climb the nearby mountains. You can also arrange canoeing on Lake Baikal or horseback riding.

Denis PomortsevThe room was cold. The blanket was too small – a single-sized blanket on a double bed :(. The room cleaning was poor; there were hairs from previous guests on the bathroom floor. Soundproofing was also weak. Room 7702 is a bad choice; it's right below the restaurant, so you hear chairs and armchairs moving, people stomping, and things constantly dropping. It matched the rating: **. It should be pretty good in the summer, with views of the dam and the Angara River! A 5-star view!

Отель расположен в центре Иркутска, в 130 квартале. Красивый вид из окна номера. Уютная комната лофт, всё необходимое имеется. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов. Завтраки не брали, т.к. выезжали ночью, оценить не могу.
Единственный минус - очень крутая винтовая лестница на третий этаж, подниматься туда с чемоданами сложно, имейте это ввиду. Снижать оценку не буду, для нас это не было проблемой.
Очень отзывчивая менеджер на ресепшн!

Guest UserИтак,я бронировала номер двухместный с двумя кроватями.Мне дали 4 местный и там только один обогреватель.Было очень холодно,полы холодные.Батарея не работает.В ванной обогреватель я включить не смогла.В целом за эти деньги на одну ночь норм.Горячая вода есть и было чисто

Drinking water is not given in the room, tea is only green or carcade (red)without sugar.. Black tea was not available, slippers and toothbrushes were brought sometimes, we stopped for 12 days, breakfast was expensive, insulation in the room was terrible, neighbors heard, even if anyone was chewing.. And we were forced to pay 5,000 rubles for allegedly from our room in the shower water flowed into the room on the floor below, but then the price decreased and we paid 2,500 rubles, ,
