The room was relatively clean, but small. It was easy to find by taxi, and there's a delicious Russian restaurant next door (Figure 2). It's close to attractions and the city center, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's best to ask for a ground-floor room when checking in, as there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic.
The hotel can provide proof of residency.

Чисто, тихо и хорошее месторасположение, в центре города. Единственный минус плохой интернет и нет кондиционера в номере.

I stayed in an executive room, initially for two days and then extended for another five, for a total of seven days.
Overall, the stay was good.
I'll focus on the downsides for the five days; I'll share the positives for the two days later.
1. The front desk staff's English was very poor.
2. The food was also terrible. Luckily, I didn't book a room with breakfast included; buying breakfast separately for 1250 RUB is a huge rip-off, even for someone used to Western food. Turn left after exiting the hotel, then turn left again, and walk 200 meters. There's a More Coffee there; the coffee and baked goods are excellent, making it more suitable for breakfast, provided you're used to Western-style breakfasts.

Guest UserWe really enjoyed our stay. We rented a spacious apartment, and it was comfortable for us and our small child. The staff was very pleasant, thank you for a comfortable stay. The only issue is that the tram tracks are nearby, so the sound is quite loud. This didn't bother us, but it might bother some who prefer super quiet surroundings.

Guest UserAlthough the room was small and not new, it had all the necessary facilities, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. Across the road from the hotel entrance is the gently flowing Angara River, with many water birds. You can find coffee shops and other amenities nearby, and they are not expensive. The hotel's exterior is a typical Brezhnev-era Soviet-style building. I was very touched by the free luggage storage, as it's very inconvenient to drag luggage around on my two-day trip to Olkhon Island, and both the minivan and other transportation options charge for it.

We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the room and bathroom were very small! Our friends all booked rooms with two single beds, but their rooms and bathrooms were larger than ours – it seems to depend on luck when rooms are assigned! Looking at the hotel's room assignment map, rooms 1 and 2 are the larger rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there was a hot and cold water dispenser at the front desk and on each floor. The dispensers always had cold water, but the one on my floor didn't have hot water! Regarding the hotel's free Wi-Fi, the first method is to rely on the front desk staff to help you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but this only works on the front desk floor! The second method also relies on the front desk staff, but you need a local Russian mobile phone number to receive the hotel Wi-Fi authentication SMS, which allows you to use the hotel Wi-Fi in your room! There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.

DariakomarovaI liked the hotel. It's in a good location, close to coffee shops, shops, and the central market.
However, please note that there are no slippers or dental supplies; these can be purchased at the hotel for 100 rubles each.
The hotel has a shared kitchen, which is very convenient.
I liked the stylish renovation; it was done well.

AnnaDaniloanThis is not the first time I have had to stay at this hotel and I can already understand some difference between the rooms that the hotel provides for the same price. A standard room with a double bed can be either large and dark, or small, as in the photo, but with a window that provides decent light.
On the plus side, I would like to note the friendliness of the girl at the reception. She helped me return things that I forgot in the room last time, and arranged for breakfast to be taken with me. True, for some reason I was asked to go downstairs to the reception desk to pick it up, and then go all the way upstairs so that it would eventually be delivered to my room late. My advice: NEVER take breakfast with you. They brought me absolutely nothing from the buffet; breakfast looked more like dull, tasteless sandwiches made from what they serve on the plane. And it cost 1000 rubles. And no coffee. This is how the pros turned into cons. The last biggest negative is that the room had an internal double door that led to the next room. In which they had sex all night, judging by the participants in a porn film called “who wins.” It sounded like they were doing it in my bed. When checking in, I advise you to immediately ask for a room without an internal door and with soundproofing.

Guest UserWe were passing through and stayed for a full day without an overnight stay, as we had a late-night flight. The hotel is ideally located. It's simple, but it's easy enough to charge your phone, use a kettle, and has a TV. We booked a twin room, but only because it was the cheapest at 1800 rubles. It's practically next to Shanghai Market, 7 minutes from the central market. The nearest shopping centers are 200 meters away. We ate at the Yurt Cafe, and it's been delicious twice, especially the eggplant salad. The only negative about the hotel is that it was a little chilly, but that's because the heating hasn't been turned on yet, but we could have asked for a heater, but we didn't. The receptionist was very nice. Polite and friendly. You can buy noodles and drinks inside the hotel. For tea.
Even though it was Monday in the area, it was impossible to rent a room or apartment for less than 2500 rubles through regular sites. And here, for 1800 rubles + the website discount. The price is a gift. We had no problems checking in. We usually used this app in Thailand for a week, and this is our first experience using it in Russia. We're very happy. 👍
