"Tua Baan Din is a lovely homestay with charming decor, perfect for relaxing, healing, and enjoying the cool late-year atmosphere. It's quiet, peaceful, and very private. Enjoy a delicious BBQ set with ice and drinks provided, and a hearty breakfast to fill you up before you leave. Most importantly, the owner, ”Khun Ann,” is incredibly kind and friendly, always there to help. Just call if you need anything! I highly recommend everyone to visit at least once; you won't be disappointed."

SSamujjalAlthough I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

CCherry m aWonderful 🌈 We stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.
The atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing, with very nice weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much. If given the opportunity, we would highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to return in the future.

MMageeYPros: Very impressive upon check-in, and they offer a free airport shuttle service.
Cons: The surroundings are quite desolate, despite being riverside. The swimming pool is more for children, with a maximum depth of 1.2 meters and a shallow end probably only 1 meter deep. Only water in the fridge is complimentary; for the same price, my previous hotel provided everything for free and refilled endlessly. Afternoon tea consisted of just two tiny pieces (the previous hotel at the same price point offered an unbelievably rich and free afternoon tea). Breakfast isn't buffet style; it's à la carte. While there's a scannable electronic Chinese menu, the tiny pictures don't give a good visual impression. I much prefer buffets where I can see the food directly before choosing, as ordering sight unseen has too high a failure rate. The surrounding environment looked nice at first glance, but that's as far as it went. The bed was extremely soft; with my bad back, I had to sleep on my stomach, occasionally moving to the tatami mat next to it.
Summary: I will not choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

-If you go in winter, there will be less parking because there are a lot of guests
-Few employees and inadequate service
-Wifi available only in the central restaurant

EElenaOriental flavor in Thailand. The hotel is small but very bright and stylish. The room is spacious with a kettle, mini refrigerator, hairdryer. Wifi worked well. A thermopod with coffee is freely available. The water in the pool is cool. There are only sounds of nature around!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself was in nature and was able to relax. However, whether there was no reservation or a mistake, there was no owner at check-in, and the cleaning staff contacted me and I was able to stay safely. I had breakfast, but it was not transmitted to the hotel side, and when I went to say it in the morning, it was prepared in a hurry.
The owner until the end? There was no manager, and the cleaning of the hotel moved. He was very friendly and nice.
