SSamujjalAlthough I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

CCherry m aWonderful 🌈 We stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.
The atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing, with very nice weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much. If given the opportunity, we would highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to return in the future.

Lleejj11The wooden houses, balconies with lush green views, natural food, linen textures, and the gentle breeze – these are my fantasies and summary of Chiang Mai. If I wanted to piece all these elements into one scene, Raya Heritage would be, in my opinion, the most 'Chiang Mai' accommodation.
The service, room, public area decor, and ambiance are all incredibly cohesive; nothing feels artificially contrived. Located by the Mae Ping River, about 20 minutes from the city center, it offers a more private and tranquil setting, perfect for creative work and rejuvenation.
The balcony sofa is spacious, and with several huge cushions, you can comfortably lounge and relax. Watching the rotating wooden fan and listening to the river flow, even with a brighter and more modern interior design, we still dedicated half of our time to the balcony. The hotel provides outdoor flip-flops and straw indoor slippers, fresh orchids, insect repellent… every visible item has its own specially designed container.

-Tea, coffee, the room does not have a kettle, there is a hall in the center.
-If more than 3 guests think more (children think), a regular buffet breakfast that can accommodate 2 people
-If you go in winter, there will be less parking because there are a lot of guests
-Few employees and inadequate service
-Wifi available only in the central restaurant

EElenaOriental flavor in Thailand. The hotel is small but very bright and stylish. The room is spacious with a kettle, mini refrigerator, hairdryer. Wifi worked well. A thermopod with coffee is freely available. The water in the pool is cool. There are only sounds of nature around!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself was in nature and was able to relax. However, whether there was no reservation or a mistake, there was no owner at check-in, and the cleaning staff contacted me and I was able to stay safely. I had breakfast, but it was not transmitted to the hotel side, and when I went to say it in the morning, it was prepared in a hurry.
The owner until the end? There was no manager, and the cleaning of the hotel moved. He was very friendly and nice.
