The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. This was my second stay and it was very comfortable! Being right by the river, you get to enjoy the beautiful Haihe River scenery, with yachts passing by and the bridges lifting up. The breakfast was simple but quite comprehensive, offering fried eggs, sausages, yogurt, and sandwiches, all pretty good! The location is also excellent.

The hotel is pretty good, conveniently located near the airport, and the interior environment is quite nice – clean and tidy. The rooms were suitable, and everyone was satisfied. The only downside, which is unavoidable, is the noise from the airplanes. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient. However, precisely because of its proximity, the noise is excessive. Our room faced the airport runway and train tracks, and the frequent airplane takeoffs were very loud. The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude. Efficiency and professionalism were also lacking. Upon check-in, the room had two bottles of shampoo but no body wash, and one bottle of drinking water had already been opened. I called the front desk twice, but no one came to replace them even by the time we checked out two days later.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews. Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant in hotel is excellent even though opening hours was limited. Shuttle service was reliable and driver was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time while on layover in MIA.

Me and my two boys stayed at the hotel which is close to the airport and has pick up shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pool was not used by us or anyone on our stay but the hotel causes a lot of shade over the area, plus there was rain on and off. The reception staff were helpful and the room service was good, although some of the staff spoke Spanish and not English. I would stay here again if I needed to stay near the airport. Easy to order Ubers to get around and doesn’t cost too much to get to be popular areas.

The only reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the fact that it's one of the few with a 24-hour free airport shuttle. Most hotels in the US are overpriced and rundown; this one felt like an old cucumber trying to pass for fresh, but you can't hide its age. Overall, it was acceptable, definitely meeting a 3-star standard. I slept quite comfortably, and the soundproofing was good enough that I couldn't hear planes taking off or landing. There's a small shop in the lobby selling snacks and Starbucks coffee, which is convenient. Also, here’s a map to the airport shuttle after you arrive: once you grab your luggage, just cross the road to the hotel shuttle pick-up point and look for the bus with the Sheraton logo.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
