GGuest UserCheck in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in room either. Would not stay here again.

GGuest UserDecent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.
Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment.

GGuest UserThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. QQingqing0089The room was spacious and clean, with all kinds of facilities, including kitchen equipment and a washer-dryer. We stayed for three days, and although no one changed the towels, we washed and dried them after use, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location with great scenery. Many attractions can be reached on foot. The free light rail station is nearby, which is a 2-3 minute walk away. It is also convenient to take a taxi to other attractions.

GGuest UserRoom, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

GGuest UserI wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.

AAnonymous UserYou have to ask for Fanny, she's there from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, and she's super nice!!! The cleanliness is good, but in some spots, you might find a nightstand with coffee stains on it, etc. Otherwise, coming to Miami very, very, very, very often, aside from other trips, this hotel is well-located, but book it in advance on Trip.com; it's much more expensive if you book on arrival.
