The hotel is pretty good, conveniently located near the airport, and the interior environment is quite nice – clean and tidy. The rooms were suitable, and everyone was satisfied. The only downside, which is unavoidable, is the noise from the airplanes. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice hotel. Great location to walk to some things or public transportation. Less than a 10 minutes walk to Metromover and Metrorail station. There is a Publix and a Walgreens 10 minutes walk. We were also able to walk to get food easily. It is about a 15 -20 min walk to a very cool busy area called Mary Brickell Village. The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Lastly they do have good security. The main doors only open with room key and the elevator will only move floors with a room key so that is nice.

The hotel was totally renovated. The room is very spacious, nicely decorated with a sofa, small table and a desk. The bed is very comfortable. Coffee and tea are provided. It is located near the airport with shuttle. Very convenient for a.short stay upon arrival or departure

Very nice place very friendly and kind, came down for surgery had to call the desk numerous mornings asking to please stop the bagging from the gym I had had surgery and was resting. Please keep in mind room 811 is very noise from the gym. Took very good care of us cleaned my room when asked to, always was promo with towels when needed, the washer and dryer was a huge help for being there 11 days, a lot of choices for the breakfast bar. Very nice stay besides the thump thump, in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your time with us , I think the parking is a little over priced as well,

The environment is good, the lake view is beautiful, close to the airport. Facilities: Perfect Hygiene: clean Environment: beautiful Service: Good Breakfast is rich and varied. recommend! It is still very suitable to catch a plane here. It is a chain hotel, much better than those B&Bs by the sea.

Pre-cruise hotel. Airport shuttle n free breakfast. Call for free shuttle services, Airport n local mall. 20min. walk to local mall for restaurants n shopping. Sign up for cruise port shuttles $15pp. or use Lyft/Uber $20 (before 9:45am) depending on demand. 15min. from the airport and about 25min. to port of Miami cruise terminals.

The hotel is on the side of the road, and the traffic is convenient, but we live on a floor parallel to the elevated road, which is still a bit noisy. The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the key parking fee is cheap. The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. A good hotel with good environment, hygiene and service. When booking the hotel, we indicated that we can check in after 3 pm. We arrived early at 11 am. If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

The bathroom in room 418 is the smallest one i have ever seen The. Front of the toilet to the front of the sink is about 14” in between the 2. The side of the toilet is about 14” from the door. If you drop something you have to open the door and step out to get it. Uncomfortable and hard to use. I’m not a large person. Location is great
