Angela AnoshinaThe most beautiful hotel in Samarkand. The food is delicious, and they have local specialties! The Uzbek pilaf is the best in the world. The staff found and provided a chair for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, so he could shower. They also helped us call the airport because we didn't have a local SIM card. And they even fed us a delicious meal late in the evening when we arrived after a long journey.

Guest UserWe arrived late, they checked us in very quickly. The room matches the photo. The room has slippers, a dental kit, tea, coffee, water, and air conditioning. There is cola and fanta in the fridge. The breakfast is decent, very tasty plums, porridge, and samsa. The staff is attentive to guests.

Guest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

This hotel had wonderful staff service.
The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other.
When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member.
Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free.
In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax.
I would like to return to Samarkand.
When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

Guest UserI would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.
The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is quite decent. Above all, however, the location is excellent. Samarkand has several international chain hotels, but many of them are located farther from the city center, which can make it less convenient for travelers to get around in the early morning or at night. For me, one of the great pleasures of traveling is being able to take an unplanned evening walk, come across a busy local restaurant or pub, and stop in for a simple meal or a drink. I think many travelers feel the same way, and this hotel is very well located for that kind of experience.
If you are a runner, the location is even better. From the hotel, you can run along the boulevard with the Amir Timur statue and continue to Registan Square. The round trip is roughly 5 km. If you extend the route to Bibi-Khanym Mosque, it becomes about 7 km.
One of the best things about running while traveling is the scenery you get to enjoy along the way. On a simple 5–7 km jog from this hotel, you can pass many of Samarkand’s major sights, including Gur-e-Amir, the Amir Timur statue, Registan Square, Siyob Bazaar, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque. Being able to see so much of the city during a short morning run is a real advantage.
Overall, I would especially recommend this hotel to independent travelers who do not enjoy simply following a fixed itinerary—leaving with a guide in the morning, returning with the guide in the evening, sleeping, and repeating the same routine the next day. If you like exploring a city on your own, walking around the neighborhood, eating where locals eat, or going out for a morning run, this is a very good base in Samarkand.
I have stayed at several other hotels in this area, and considering the location, cleanliness, service, and overall convenience, this was the best one for me.

Always my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
