I had a pleasant stay at Meridian Plaza Hotel. The location, facilities, and overall amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few housekeeping issues that could be improved. On one occasion, the trash in the bathroom was not emptied during room cleaning, and a cleaning cloth was accidentally left hanging on the door handle after housekeeping service. While these were minor issues, paying closer attention to housekeeping details would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

A very stunning hotel with great decoration taste and a very good breakfast. Although it is not close to the scenic spot, it is very cheap to take a taxi and it is very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

This hotel had wonderful staff service. The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other. When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member. Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free. In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax. I would like to return to Samarkand. When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

A very nice hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the train station. In Samarkand, if you're not going somewhere particularly far, most taxi rides are probably around 10 minutes. It's located on a wide, bright main road where cars pass quickly. Next door is a restaurant belonging to the same hotel, which looks like one of the locals' favorite banquet halls. Anyway, the location is good. It's new, the rooms are large, the beds are big, and everything else is great. You can tell the owner prioritizes hygiene; you just feel it's clean as soon as you walk in, cleaner than home. Even their toilet paper is green and scented, which is nice. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom fixtures and hardware are a bit low quality, clashing a bit with the glittering golden exterior decor. I heard there's a pool and spa on the lowest floor, but I didn't have time to experience it. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to visit again.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. The only inconvenience was with taxis due to poor navigation around the property – not all drivers could get directly to the entrance. More directional signs are needed. The beer restaurant was good.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English. We were a party of three and booked a twin room and a king room, which were conveniently located on the same floor – that was great. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it's not too far, and getting a taxi is very affordable. It's wonderfully quiet at night. The hotel also offers complimentary massages. There's a small scenic area nearby with Central Asian Islamic architecture, which is newly renovated and much better maintained than some of the older, less-kept attractions in the city center. The restaurants within this scenic area serve delicious food, though they are a bit on the pricier side for this city.

Wonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!
