The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. I liked very much staying at the hotel. Hospitable, polite and tactical, helping all the hotel owners. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Pedestrian access to Registant Square and several other stunning cultural heritage facilities. We walked to the square and walked the park that is adjacent to it (Park Karimova), went further to the bazaar and the casino mosque Bibi Khanum, and even further to the necropolis of Shahi Zinda, the latter especially struck beauty and greatness. There are many delicious places with national food and not only. Thank you very much for the warm reception, we will definitely visit again when we are in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located about one kilometer from Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, the mosque, and the Grand Bazaar, all within walking distance. It's a guesthouse in a small courtyard, clean and tidy, though some facilities are lacking (no toothbrushes, slippers, or an electric kettle). Hot water needs to be heated in the communal kitchen. The owner is very kind, provides a tourist map, and speaks English. When I visited, there was road construction, making it very difficult to get around, but it should be finished in a few days, so future guests will be lucky.

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

The breakfast here for 2 nights was great and the underground pool was free. The bedroom was comfortable and the restaurants were close, so I had a comfortable and leisurely time. The staff were very friendly ~ 6 It is operated as a restaurant outside breakfast in the restaurant on the floor, but the menu was delicious and I was able to spend a good time

The location is unbeatable, you will find yourself in the pedestrianised area connecting all the main historical attractions. However, the entrance is obstructed by the outside seating area of the restaurant next door(which has good food). You have to awkwardly make your way through the bbq smoke and diners in the evenings. The rooms are compact but sufficient and the air conditioning is good. However, the blinds barely do anything so it’s too bright in the early morning. Also, there was only cold water and colder water in the shower. There was a steady stream of dying ants making their way into my room each day, which was not ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent, and although the room is small, it has everything you need. It's clear that it has been recently renovated, but the cleaning is poor. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but they didn't even sweep. Breakfast is simple but decent.
