Gaosheng music next door can be heard in the whole building. I reported it to the hotel, but no one solved it for more than 40 minutes.

Apartment was clean and well equipped, great communication with all information clearly conveyed via booking site and also WhatsApp. Location was great with metro link less than 5 min walk from the apartment and short walk to la sagradia.

Excellent assistance. Nice rooms and adaquate facilities. We recommend this hotel for any type of stay be it with friends or for business travel. Excellent location as well and very near to the metro.

Our stay at BcnStop was truly amazing. Our apartment was nice, clean and safe. The reception staff is helpful. Beds are comfortable. We really had a good sleep. Location is just perfect. It was our first visit to Barcelona and we had a great time.Thank you BcnStop !!!

The bad: The beds are unbearable!! We travel a lot and know that beds in Europe are kind of firm for us westerners, these beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor. The pillows felt like a sand bag and weighted just as much as one. Not sure what the target audience is, but we did not sleep properly for 3 days. The A/C took 2 days to bring the temperature down, and no curtains on all but one window, so sleeping in is not an option. The Good: location is perfect, close to everything with tons of shops and restaurants, the staff was very nice although the rules are kind of strange, like “leave the key at the reception before you go out” or turn off the A/C when leaving anywhere. The apartment was very clean and if they could fix just the beds, it would be almost perfect, the A/C and the curtains would not be an issue,

Great accommodation. Nice area & host in touch beforehand to make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible. Room very clean also & great air con for Barcelona’s sunny weather. Would definitely recommend.

Very cozy, clean and well located apartment in the heart of Barcelona. 10 min walking to Sagrada Familia through the beautiful avenue, a lot of cafes and markets all around, fully equipped kitchen. And very friendly and helpful staff, they answered immediately to any request I strongly recommend this place to other travelers

Very nice and clean apartment with really comfortable bed. Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and near metro station. Employees were very helpful. I could not recommend this place more for your next visit.
