To begin with, the customer service and treatment was TERRIBLE. Upon arrival, you find a portal in which you must enter your PIN number, which, if you are an elderly person, perhaps, you need help. There is a button to contact the concierge, which, it's like an urban legend, you know it's there, but no one sees it. Next, upon our arrival, the TV, a device of enormous dimensions - not at all - does not work, we retuned the TV about 3 times and called the contact number provided in case of questions or help. They told us that they would solve it the next day. Lie. We called the next day and the next and it was still the same. One of the “receptionists” or whatever they do because they picked up the phone and it seemed like they were involved in the World Cup in Qatar told us that he had no record of the matter and that no one had reported anything, which, the calls had been repeated on previous occasions. In short, we ignored it and I decided to put my comment of satisfaction here because it was REGRETTABLE. I even left a fairly subtle and sarcastic note, but I think they took it as a compliment given the poor attention. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION BECAUSE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

Glass door to the balcony without soundproofing - impossible to sleep with the traffic noise. Air conditioning didn't work - very cold at night. Check-in with code that they forgot to send... and was not mentioned when confirming the reservation. Very good location. Beautiful building. Suite with reasonable dimensions. Nice space.
