I stayed here in October 2023 for one week. Pricewise a good deal. Room was spacious with a view over the small harbor. Interiour was a bit outdated but not too bad. Breakfast included which was well organized. The pension also holds a restaurant which was average at best. Ate here two times and both times I thought: well…it was all a bit uninspired.

It was a cold season, but the room was always warm and comfortable.
Even though there were only a few guests, a wide variety of breakfast options were prepared and the atmosphere was comfortable.
It would have been better if there had been an electric kettle in the room.

Small, cute hotel, right on the harbor in Barth, with a view of the Bodden. The food was great, and special requests were accommodated without any problems. I would happily visit the hotel again.

We went for dinner. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. We were all absolutely delighted with the food. Very tasty. The boss is a super friendly lady and her staff were always very attentive. The price-performance ratio is one of the best in the region. We can recommend it without reservation.

Once again we had a great weekend at SUR la Mer. Great food and super service. As always, we were warmly welcomed and bid farewell. Very clean rooms with a view of the city harbor. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

We stopped in for dinner 🥘. The fish soup and herring were simply amazing. The burger 🍔 was also top notch. Perhaps the best value for money for Barth. We'll be back here again and again 😊😋😊 I can only recommend it. I think we'll be back soon 😀

An excellent fish soup with lots of ingredients and a very fine pike-perch fillet spoiled my palate. My wife's herring fillet was beautifully garnished and tasted excellent. The dishes are highly recommended, big praise for the kitchen.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant. The room is absolutely wonderful on the second floor with 2 balconies and a view of the harbor. The best accommodation we have had in a very long time. The room was like a small apartment with a bedroom and living room. Highly recommended.
