Great hotel but location…..

All Staff Friendly and efficient Boom service food excellent! The adjoining private restaurant was very good also, friendly staff and Great Fish & chips !Wow !

Extremely disappointed to find out after our stay that parking was $45 per night. At no point were we told there was a fee for parking, it seemed implied that was part of staying at the hotel. The pool was also just a very depressing room / pool.

Pros - location near train station , easy location to use local bus Cons - Breakfast was using voucher worth USD20 per room which could be used at Starbucks at lobby or at the cafe but I believe a cash top up is needed if you are having their buffet which is a very limited choice . Also no amenities kit (toothbrush, shower cap given) - have to request. Same for bedroom slippers . No bottled water in room.

The hotel is next to convenient center, 15 minutes by walk to Chinatown. The room is big. Bed and pillow are not comfortable . Parking is extra $44, you can drive in and out. It’s good until next day 6pm. Be careful after you check out. Keep your room key. It open the garage bar to drive out. If you accidentally lost your room key after you check out , no worries. Press the assistant button on the box at exit gate, tell them your room number and last name , someone will open the gate for you.

Fantastic stay

The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

There is a big pitfall in this hotel. Orders paid in full including taxes and fees will also be charged a daily purpose fee. I remind everyone to pay attention~

The front desk clerk was very kind. Because I didn’t speak English well, it was really embarrassing when I checked in😅. Later, I found a Chinese (hotel waiter) to translate for me. The location is also very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Chinatown and 10 Minutes to the tea party attraction, take an Uber to the city center for 14-18 yuan

It's clean and the service is good, but the cost-effectiveness feels a bit low.

The room is very clean. Good cleaning staff, attentive, breakfast room, variety of food, good taste, delicious.
