Old building in major need of remodelling.
Definitely not up to the standards of a Hilton owned hotel and nothing like any Hampton Inns that we have previously stayed at.
Breakfast selections were poor compared to other Hampton Inns.

Reception was very polite & friendly. Loved the cookie at arrival. The room was convenient, clean, well maintained & had an awesome shower. Breakfast had excellent variety & food was delicious. We loved this place.

Have stayed here twice. Nice hotel, hidden but near everything. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Staff very nice.

I appreciated that they allowed pets on the property, but also, that most of the staff liked them. The room was comfortable and had a good mattress.
The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I found minor debris on the carpet and the corners of the shower were dirty.
The front desk staff were welcoming, cheerful, and provided good recommendations for area services.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast staff keep things clean and stocked. Rooms were clean, the hotel areas were clean. The only negative was that there were no towels by the pool.

After a 6 hour drive, we arrived after the 3pm check-in time and was told our room was not ready. We were in a hurry to change and leave for a funeral. I had prepaid for a King room with sofa bed. 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The hotel then gave me a key to a diff room but when I asked if it was a king with sofa-bed she said no, just a king. She said no other rooms were available. I told her that was unacceptable and after a few minutes she had a room with a king bed and sofa-bed available. No info about breakfast or wifi or free waters were given. The room was not in the best shape. Bedside table was broken, shower doors were dirty. This hotel has seen better days. I usually always pick a Hampton Inn but this location did not meet the normal standards.
