We made a reservation for two nights. They were very accommodating to our needs and questions. No need to pay in advance to reserve, maybe because it was low season. However, when we arrived, we found a not well-maintained hotel, stains in the carpets, kind of old furniture, elevator not functioning. Our rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, although it was clearly indicated in each room that smoking was forbidden. We needed Internet, and it wasn't available on our floor (the third one). After communicating all these problems to the receptionist, she made all the possible to find a solution for us. We were offered other rooms (1 of 3 visited had a strong cigarette smell) on the second floor that had an available but weak Internet signal. We visited the game room, with a pool table with only 12 balls, and 1 of them broken. This place has a lot of potential, but when we visited it there was nothing really appealing besides the price. It will be a pleasure to talk to the management to provide some advice. Thanks to Caroline, the receptionist, that tried to help us as much as possible!

The only reason I gave it 4 points is because in order to have lunch & dinner you have to request it in advance, otherwise, you will be hungry. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and warm. The place is absolutely beautiful. Don’t miss taking a tour throughout the 7.000 acres in a 1962 Mercedes Benz jeep.

Es un lugar para descansar, bonitos parajes, el hotel está inmerso en la villa, que es un pequeño villorrio donde hay desde posta de salud hasta taller mecánico, posee un museo, aunque toda la villa incluyendo el hotel son un museo de la vida colonial campesina de hace 40 años atrás. Se nota la calidad antigua del hotel, con mármol y decoración de antaño ahora anticuada (hay que entender y valorar eso), el restaurante con comida típica alemana, se nota que los productos son de elaboración propia (se nota la esencia de "colonia" aislada de la "civilización", por eso la auto abastecimiento), los precios no nos parecieron caros (8 a 12 mil por plato). Es para estar de 2 a 3 días, no más, el que quiera un Fantacilandia, no venga, es más que nada un destino de gustó especial para quien quiera saber sobre cómo es vivir en una colonia alemana con mucha antigüedad y también con cierta siniestridad y prejuicio que los nuevos colonos quieren erradicar.

Pasamos a almorzar. Cobran 2 mil pesos por persona para que entrar al recinto. El supuesto restaurante es un cacino con platos de 10 mil pesos de comida realmente asquerosa, que deja como michelin a cualquier ****** de escuela. Para nunca volver.

Horrible no vengan, precios en restaurant excesivos, pagamos para entrar y cuando nos. Adentramos.... NADIE, nadie te da ni tours ni información en lo absoluto,llegamos hasta muy arriba a sus campos de cultivo y en serio que todo abandonado excepto su hotel y administración donde te cobran hasta por los bostezos, si eres pasajero del hotel tienes que pagar adicional para usar una pequeña piscina, incluso consultamos por una vuelta de 4 minutos en caballo que costaba 5 lucas. No volveremos jamás y como dato no vengan solo vendran a botar la plata.
