This property is beautiful with awesome pools and beautiful beaches. The food was not great and the service was poor. I the sports bar had decent food. The drinks also were upsetting as most ‘icy’ drinks where the consistency of water. One of the restaurants we did not even receive our drinks, frustrating but we continued to stay positive. There were a handful of nice workers, but most of them were not enthusiastic or did not see happy to be there. Something else that I noticed was the huge language barrier, as many of the works did not speak much english- even when ordering at restaurants. I know a little spanish, but it only went so far. The pool and beach are fun and there were some activities that went on. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a good time but there are definitely things that could have improved to help us enjoy our stay. Personally, I think the property is so big that it’s hard to really have amazing food, staff, and all around experience, but again my boyfriend and I made the most of it, but if you are looking for good food and drinks, I would not say it did it for us. If you are looking to just relax by the pool and swim then I guess it’s the place for you.

This resort was amazing! From the hospitality to every activity they offered was top notch. Plenty of restaurants if you’re craving something different. The workers were so kind and helpful. They have different themes shows every night that my boyfriend and I seriously enjoyed! Rooms were clean and stocked. Overall great experience and am already planning on coming back!

First the good - this is a beautiful, very large resort with gorgeous grounds. The main pool is giant and very nice. For our kids there were two different water slide pools too (and there is a third one for very little kids). The beach is beautiful and the public buildings nicely decorated. Our room - a family duplex - was a nice size for a family of four. It was decorated nice enough though there were some signs of wear and tear and parts of it that weren’t meticulously clean (for example a poor paint touch up, broken soap dispenser in shower) and the tv was old and had very few channels in English.
The bad - the food. There’s a lot of it and buffet never had a wait but we all had digestive issues after eating it. Much of the food felt not hot enough (or not cold enough) and just wasn’t that good either. Shockingly people were not made to hand sanitize (and the machines as you walk into the buffets were often broken) so it really was also ripe for the spread of everyone’s germs to each other. The reservation restaurants were a tiny bit better but it was near impossible to get reservations for earlier than 10pm. The bars did have pretty fast service - relatively easy to get a drink - but also the quality was poor.
Honestly, even though pool/beach/room/grounds were great overall we probably won’t go back because of the food - sucks to spend your vacation with gastro issues / afraid everyone will get sick.

Everything was first class: the room, the public spaces, the restaurant, the food, the service, the swimming pools, the beach. Everything was super clean, and we were made to feel welcome wherever we went in the venue. We would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back!

The staff was very friendly. Very little English so difficult with language barrier. Food was not great! Japanese and Italian restaurants were completely awesome. Buffet was not good. Property was very beautiful and inviting. The snorkeling 4-hour excursion was awesome. The staff helping with restaurant and excursions were awesome. Cleaning room staff were awesome!
