"I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)"

"Came here for vacation at the wrong time of the year, there were not many people, and the overall feeling was very good. Although the building facilities are a bit old, they are still in good condition overall. The beach is so beautiful. All-inclusive (drinks, meals, snacks) on call, it feels great! The only regret is that the Japanese restaurant provided by the hotel is actually a Caribbean-style restaurant (not an authentic Japanese restaurant). As for the BUFFET or French restaurant, they are both good. There is also a LIVE SHOW at 9 o'clock every night, but it is a bit outdated. Overall, the vacation experience is very enjoyable!"

Their facility is clean, quiet, and there's this sense of calmness throughout the facility. Their rooms are spacious with modern amenities. And the food, the food blew me away. Real authenticity, flavorful, and various assortments to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back"

"Staff very friendly but not that attentive. Food was OK from a buffet perspective but you needed to reserve places at non buffet restaurants. Which as I was only staying for  night wasn’t possible. The reset itself is tired. It needs a makeover. The rooms are comfortable but again old and in need of improvement. Communal areas are also tired. If you get a great deal it’s worth staying here but there are better options available, especially if you are looking for something special."

Costa Atlantica Punta Cana - Beach Vacation Condos

"We have stayed several times in a condo at Playa Turquesa and always looked at the Costa Atlantica condo's when we walked the beach. We finally booked it for 2 weeks (end Jan early Feb). We rented through GoPuntaCana. The condo (C302) was AMAZING !!!. Absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very nice and there is a water cooler (not shown on the pictures). The beach had some occasional seaweed, but staff worked very hard to sweep it up and remove it. The water was nice and warm and there are no rocks or shells. We did groceries at Jumbo (taking an Uber) and if we needed only a few things we went to Cicollela (about a 7 min walk). The staff working at Costa Atlantica were extremely nice !!!. The complex is very safe. The grounds were very well kept and I was very happy with the beach palapa's for shade. We did experienced one issue during our stay, regarding the water supply. The first week we were there the water pressure was poor, however then suddenly there was no water at all. The building management was aware of the issue and acted immediately to try to resolve it and brought in a special company to fix it. So koodo's to them that they tried their best to fix it as soon as possible. Once fixed, we experienced no problems anymore. We were very happy that the complex was quiet, also at night. You do not hear music for the neighboring properties, which is a huge plus for us. We look very much forward to be back soon !!!."

"The hotel isn't bad, but it has a lot of room for improvement. Aside from the buffet in the dining room, they advertise a variety of restaurants, but the reality is that they're only open for dinner, and the reservation policy is so poorly managed that it's practically impossible to dine there. When you pay for an all-inclusive with 10 restaurants, the least you can do is enjoy them. Regarding service, you can find a bit of everything. You might get lucky and be served by friendly people, but in our case, we felt like we were a nuisance to them. The water park is great, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable."
