How is this possible for a 5 stars property to have rooms facing back fences, power stations (transformers), alley used for all kind of support workers, transportation of all kind of merchandise, at few feets distance to to the door/balcony ?

Worst hotel ever. Food was nasty, the hotel staff didn’t care about explaining about the facilities neither took care of us during dining experience. Would never come back again.

Good: Pools, Beach, Beach/pool chairs, Wifi, Resort layout, room cleaning. Beach was nice and clear water, and pools were very good.
Bad: Limited evening/night entertainment, buffet restaurants could have more options like Fajitas, long waiting times in ala carte restaurants and long waiting time for food to be served even after seating (at Mexican Cantina)

I stayed only a night . However I enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. Staff are courteous and my main focus that premises are very clean. Buffet area beautiful and the variety of food were endless.great night show and had a great time in the sports bar. In the morning they have a fresh fruit juice bar it’s amazing . I definite will return for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful time and the staff was amazing. However, the property wasn’t clear regarding private transportation requirements. We had scheduled a private transportation to Downtown Punta Cana and even though we were told to speak with Guest services to get the transportation approved, the front gate said this was not approved and wouldn’t let the transport through. Ultimately, we weren’t able to get cleared instructions and put us, the guests, in the middle of this situation. Otherwise, everything was good.
