酒店還是比較滿意的，位置在城中心，與古鎮隔街相望，吃、玩，交通均方便。感覺不足的是客服：網上掛牌標明瞭“免費停車”，到店回覆不能停（原因是市政施工），問前台怎麼解決，回覆是不滿意就讓退房，酒店負責人拒接電話（一聽到反映的問題就掛機）。好在攜程售後服務佳，後台接到反映後及時妥當楚理，很滿意，在此給個贊。
