Close to restaurants everything was 3- 15 minutes away from the hotel. I would definitely go back again. Staff member everyone I came in contact with was nice and always greeted me.

Had to change room twice due to lack of cleanliness of room. Loads of noise coming through the floor from upstairs.

Thanks for the early check in however I was very disappointed to find blood stains on the bed. I feel rooms should be checked before letting guest check in. Very disappointed.

In many ways, this is a terrific hotel. The staff is great. The rooms are nice. Conveniently located to many professional offices and dining spots on Cleveland's East Side. Nice pool and facilities. Even a little snack shop attached to the front desk. Easy walking access to one of Cleveland's best steak houses. For most travelers, it's an excellent choice. But I'm old (70 ) and have a few mobility issues, so I booked a mobilty/accessible room. And a lot of it was well designed. The room was spacious and would easily accommodate a wheelchair or rocker. There are even two peepholes at the front door, one at a lower-level for easier wheelchair access. However, for reasons best known to the hotel management, the bathroom in the mobility rooms has a step-over bathtub. I'm not sure how they envision that a wheelchair or walker-using guest would make it in. The floor of the tub is also unusually slippery. I always gripped the safety bars with at least one hand while showering, which made the showering process difficult. I asked the front desk for a bath mat, but they said they didn't have one. So this is fine hotel for regular travelers. But for those with any mobility issues - or even just a few balance problems - this hotel may not be the best choice.

This was my first time here. I booked it for the ability to cook in my room. I got a countertop range from the front desk but I kept getting an error code that my cookware wasn’t compatible with it and I tried different ones they had there but same error code now I’m frustrated. So my last trip down ANGEL was at the front desk and went above and beyond to find me one I could use my own cookware with and Angel understood the assignment and got just what I needed. Angel was never impatient with me and always kept a smile on her face wish I could give her 10 Stars alone. So in return I made Angel a plate to show my gratitude.

The shower did not work in too 301. No one at check in or check out. Rooms need updated.

Nice alternative to staying next to Case. Neighborhood is safer and the drive is pretty and not far away.
