The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Chris**as lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Hotel had all the charm. Drinks were great but very expensive over $20 each. Live music was amazing on a Sunday evening. The spa was awful. A basic massage was $270 with an additional 20% gratuity. And it was ok, but definitely not the Four Seasons. And the spa itself was dirty and not well taken care off.

We stayed 1 night for my husbands birthday. The property was gorgeous and well maintained
We had delicious drinks at the lobby bar, ate a fabulous dinner at the 1796 and listened to a gentleman sing and play guitar in the lobby. It was our first time to the property and we will definitely be going back. The room was spacious and clean. They left a giant cupcake in the room as a surprise for my husband's birthday. All of the team there made you feel very comfortable. We did have a spa trea**ent, when i booked i was informed that at the time of our trip the spa would be under renovation but services will still be available. I can't wait to go back to experience it all as our massage was very enjoyable.

Positives: The hotel was historic and beautifully decorated for Chris**as including a giant gingerbread house that entertained my daughter every time we passed it. Loved the live music and fires in the lobby in the evening - it gave it a homey, Chris**as feel. Staff was so friendly and welcoming to my whole family including my energetic 18 month old and 2 year old mini golden doodle. They upgraded us to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was very large and it had a window so we were able to put my daughters pack and play in there at night. The pool was a huge hit with my toddler and visually stunning. We did a 2 mile hike and found it to be well marked and a great little escape into nature even in December.
Negatives: The food was hit or miss at both the tavern and Crystal room. Service was great at both but the quality of food/preparation was disappointing for the price. Specifically the tuna tartare and chicken wings were nearly inedible. Our steak was tasty, but not cooked as requested (we just ate it since we had a toddler nearing bedtime). All other food was perfectly fine. Loved the kids meal options such as salmon. The cocktails were pricey and took awhile to arrive, but well made. The pet fee of $150 for just one night was very expensive. I called and requested a pack and play ahead of time, but there wasn’t one in the room when we arrived, luckily we had one in our car and ended up just using that.

We return to the Omni Bedford Springs because it’s a simply magical resort. The history speaks to you at every turn. The spa, golf course, pools, gym and restaurants are stunning.

I have been visiting this property with my family for over ten years now just as a personal getaway and for family birthdays etc.We love the amenities right on site which provide convenience for the us as guests. Would highly recommend!

Drove out to this region to visit the Flight 93 National Memorial and stayed here for one night. What a beautiful, romantic, classy, resort! My girlfriend was equally impressed and we both agreed that we will be coming back to plan a long weekend to thoroughly enjoy everything this resort and area has to offer. I must say, “I’m not easily impressed and this place definitely exceeded my expectations!”
