前兩天去北海玩，其他的都挺好，在網上預訂的這個酒店，本以為很好，可是後面發生的事情讓人很無語，入住時收了200按金，住了兩天，酒店前台簡陋就算了，去住的房間的路巨破，第一天晚上看攻略説有些民宿有玩套路不退按金的情況，退房的時候要求查房退按金，可是前台説沒有人衹能等到下午五點以後查房再退按金，知道會玩套路就想着算了不想影響遊玩的心情，晚上收到老闆的微信一會説孩子尿了，一會説房子住的有味道了，孩子2歲，白天玩的有點瘋，晚上尿了一次。不知道老闆説的房間有味道是啥意思？不知道是親自去聞了嗎？説我們的行為不尊重保潔，我們應該把房間給他打掃乾淨，不然下一波客户沒辦法入住。又説他們的房間讓我二百塊錢住的，按金不退是應該的，我給他把預訂截圖發過去，我在攜程上訂的，房價500多，因為是攜程會員所以打折下來兩天是846元，通過溝通覺得老闆的行為很**，就在微信上罵了幾句，本來知道他玩套路按金就算扔了，可能是老闆家裡遇到了啥大事了，確實需要這200塊錢去解決。老闆微信上名字叫張朋輝，看了一下微信是河南南樂人，本來對河南人的影像挺好的，中原文化的忠實守護者，但是這個老闆張朋輝坑蒙拐騙、昧着良心賺錢的行為確實給河南人摸黑。我想我應該不是第一個被坑騙的，也不會是最後一個。希望大家以後預訂這個酒店的時候一定要多加小心！

很喜歡，無敵海景房，除了中間一天周圍都是裝修的聲音，太吵了。不過無傷大雅。房間應該都是新裝修的，跟新，設施也很好用。
老闆河南人，算半個老鄉，中。
但是這個陽台我是真喜歡。

衞生：屋子十分乾淨 洗漱用品很全 沐浴露就兩三瓶
設施：房間很大 住着和自己家房子一樣 冰箱洗衣機空調都有 做飯也很方便
環境：附近就是海邊 出行方便
服務：管家幫我拎了四五十斤的行李箱幫我辦入住 實在是太感謝了
下次來北海還住這裏 經濟實惠 物超所值

超級贊，房東人超好，房間很安靜，住得很安心，重點是有兩個空調，客廳和房間都有空調，我充電器落那了房東還主動打電話諮詢我，真的真的希望平時住酒店的兄弟們可以試一下這個公寓真的太棒了，來旅遊的鐵子們非常推薦你們來住！
