很滿意的一次住宿體驗，酒店離銀灘很近，就隔了一條馬路，整個酒店給人感覺舒服、大氣，設施齊全，酒店工作人員也都很熱情，周圍交通便利，叫車也容易。去潿洲島到客運港車程不到五分鐘，酒店房間都可以看到大海`，讓人心情愉悦，總之，這裏很適合度假，下次來北海還會選擇住這裏。

海泰海景酒店稱得上名符其實的海景酒店，銀灘羅馬廣場就在對面，位置超好，我們幾姐妹是訂的特價房，性價比高，如果多住幾天建議訂帶陽台的房間，陽台很大，那真是家人、情侶度假的好去處，樓下的游泳池正在裝小童沖浪設備，聽服務員説“五.一”之前游泳池就會開放，酒店很會利用埸地，沒放水時就擺二張乒乓球枱供客人活動，棋牌室、自動麻將機都有，一樓多功能廳還有卡拉OK，餐廳人氣很旺哦！看來吃、喝、玩、樂一條龍全套服務都能享受到啊！👍

差評差評差評！絕對差評！住過這麼多酒店民宿，上到幾千下到百來塊，這個酒店體驗感是最差的！我們住的這間房：門鎖壞的！吹風機壞的！排氣扇壞的！地漏堵的！衞生做得很差！廁所臭得要死！空調開17度還是不夠涼！還很大噪音！吵得睡不着！早上呢，剛睡醒一大早不知道哪裡飄來一股糞味！真的不能再無語了！唯**較好的的就是前台小哥的態度還挺好。

非常不錯的入住體驗，因為訂的家庭套房房型沒有了，前台給我們換成了兩個房間，也挺寬敞。酒店出行很方便，離銀灘非常近，最最值得表揚的是我們退房之後發現東西忘帶了，客服經理毅哥不厭其煩的去到房間兩次給我們尋找，最後找到請快遞幫我郵寄，非常感謝！五星好評！

有一説一，首先老闆很好，積極協調幫助解決問題。其次，酒店位置不錯，下樓右拐就是海邊，很方便，酒店也有泳池，但是不是很乾凈，勉強可以泡一下，大人小朋友都可以玩，還不錯的。總體來説，性價比還行。但是，入住體驗感不佳。酒店裝修及設備設施比較陳舊，空調很不給力。雖然老闆幫協調換了房間，但説實在的，空調真的不行。。。很影響體驗感，天氣炎熱整個人都不舒服。希望老闆更新更換空調，從長遠考慮，相信會更好。
