This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable.
After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

Ultimately a fantastic stay only hampered down by things outside of the hotels control, such as its location being quite far away from the city centre but considering that the Changping Line was always a ten minute walk away I can’t hamper it too much.

This is my second time staying here. Sadly it wasn’t as good as the first. I had an issue with my shower that seemed to flood on my very last day so I spent some time trying to clean this up which was a shame. Also, I was placed on a room with no outside window which I didn’t expect so it felt strange waking up each morning. I would still recommend but it was just unfortunate this time around.

Hygiene: The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable.
Environment: The environment is good, there is a creative space on the first floor, the atmosphere is quite good, especially at night there are night lights.
Service: The service is also good, the front desk lady is pretty and speaks gently. If you have any problems, go to the front desk and they will solve them immediately. Water was also delivered when I left. Free parking.
