Facilities: This hotel truly embodies Beijing's unique hutong character! The Qianmen area, the heart of the old Beijing hutong landscape, has been renovated, revealing a distinct Beijing spirit through its wooden beams and brickwork. The courtyard is nestled away from the bustling city, and the rooms offer a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, with modern and comfortable amenities. Both the bedding and bathrooms are luxurious yet unassuming. Service: From the moment I confirmed my reservation, my butler was in constant contact, confirming my arrival time and any special requests. Since it was my husband's birthday, they helped with flowers, room decorations, handwritten greetings, small cakes, and sparkling teas. Restaurant reservations were also thoughtfully suggested. Overall, the service was attentive yet thoughtful, and very thoughtful. Thank you to the duty manager, butlers, and especially Hayley, your kind smiles will always be with me. Thank you to Alice at the bar for giving me ten cute fridge magnets. Also, I highly recommend trying the hotel's bicycles; they're incredibly beautiful and convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. I look forward to returning to stay here once the maple leaves turn red in the courtyard.

Dear Mandarin Oriental Team: This weekend, despite my usual busy schedule, I enjoyed an immersive journey that blended historical heritage with the art of Eastern hospitality. Located on the heart of Beijing's central axis, beside the Forbidden City, and nestled deep in the hutongs of Qianmen East District, Mandarin Oriental, with its understated yet magnificent narrative, has redefined the contemporary definition of luxury hospitality. This stay was more than just a relaxing weekend getaway; it was a journey deeply immersed in Eastern aesthetics and humanistic service, a truly memorable experience. —Service is the very soul of Mandarin Oriental. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of meticulous care yet unobtrusiveness. Particularly commendable are the butlers, Karlie and Melody, who not only executed the service but also shaped this weekend's elegant stay. The essence of their service lies in a kind of "anticipatory elegance"—without words, a single glance, a brief pause, they discerned my needs and silently met them. Ms. Karlie is gentle and professional, sharing the hotel's history and design details with unparalleled familiarity. Her precise and efficient itinerary and reservation arrangements demonstrate her profound expertise and unwavering commitment to quality. Ms. Melody, on the other hand, is even more approachable and thoughtful, constantly adding unexpected touches. From a heartwarming weather reminder at nightfall, she imbues your stay with the warmth and comfort of a "home away from home." Their presence elevates service beyond a standardized procedure to a warmth and memory etched into the heart. As a longtime fan of MO, Qianmen seamlessly blends the formality of a traditional courtyard house with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Grey bricks and gray tiles interweave with copper details, creating a breathtaking scene at every turn. The play of light and shadow embodies the subtlety and grandeur of Eastern philosophy. Every experience here embodies the brand's unwavering commitment to service. The staff's light steps, sincere smiles, and impeccable greetings create a truly relaxing retreat. Upon leaving the hotel, gazing back at this tranquil oasis nestled amidst the city, I realized the greatness of Mandarin Oriental lies not only in the meticulous craftsmanship of its physical space, but also in its people-centered service philosophy. Karlie and Melody, along with the unnamed team members, are the true soul of this palace. Their impeccable Eastern hospitality makes every stay a treasure to be cherished for a lifetime. At this point, I finally understood: Ultimately, the pinnacle of luxury lies in the warmth of humanity and the depth of art. Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, undoubtedly embodies this ideal.

From the moment I stepped into the Mandarin Oriental, Qianmen, Beijing, I was immediately struck by the warm and professional service from the lobby doorman to the check-in butler, creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's elegant ambiance goes without saying, and the courtyard suites are decorated in a subtle, elegant style, creating a truly comfortable living experience. The hotel's afternoon tea and the delicious food and service at Yanting Chinese Restaurant were both top-notch! My co-hosts, Ms. Karlie Mei and Ms. Hayley Jin, were especially kind and thoughtful. Whether it was arranging in-room dining or providing information on tourist attractions, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly enjoyable holiday! Service: An absolute home-away-from-home feeling.

Located in a hutong on Beijing's second ring road, the room is spacious and the facilities are very advanced. The butler, Ethan, is also very nice. The butler team provides very thoughtful service. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the restaurant and gym. The breakfast is well-equipped. It was a great experience.

The courtyard house structure, luxurious hotel layout, and home-like warm experience are definitely worthy of the positioning of the world's top 100 luxury hotels and Beijing's top luxury. From the first second I entered the lobby, I was melted by the warm smiles of the hotel waiters, and half of my fatigue was eliminated. The moment I saw the courtyard suite, I was completely relaxed. Special thanks to the housekeeper Melody for her attentive reception, the warm and lovely welcome card, the suite upgrade for us, and the customized fan for the baby's MO. The meticulous service throughout the whole process really made me feel at home. The baby was reluctant to leave and asked to extend her stay. I also thank an unknown waiter at Yanting for remembering that we liked mung bean cakes and gave them to us for two consecutive days. Thank you to everyone at Qianmen MO for your reception 🌷PS. The SPA at Qianmen MO is amazing. If you are tired, it is definitely worth a try

The facilities and location are excellent, needless to say. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and it would be even better if they added some steak or seafood. The afternoon tea is a bit pricey at 1,000 yuan per person, but it's worth it. Every dessert is delicious, far superior to other five-star hotels! The hotel's management team is particularly commendable. Every service staff member is very enthusiastic and sincere in serving guests. The training of everyone from the manager to the housekeeper is simply excellent. This is really of high standard! The most impressive thing was that there was a young girl from Northeast China who served afternoon tea. She was attentive and enthusiastic, responded to messages promptly, and was full of smiles. She was very warm! For those who can afford to travel to Beijing, Mandarin Oriental is the first choice. It's really worth it! 👍
