Ms. Melody, on the other hand, is even more approachable and thoughtful, constantly adding unexpected touches. From a heartwarming weather reminder at nightfall, she imbues your stay with the warmth and comfort of a "home away from home." Their presence elevates service beyond a standardized procedure to a warmth and memory etched into the heart. As a longtime fan of MO, Qianmen seamlessly blends the formality of a traditional courtyard house with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Grey bricks and gray tiles interweave with copper details, creating a breathtaking scene at every turn. The play of light and shadow embodies the subtlety and grandeur of Eastern philosophy. Karlie and Melody, along with the unnamed team members, are the true soul of this palace. Their impeccable Eastern hospitality makes every stay a treasure to be cherished for a lifetime. From the moment I stepped into the Mandarin Oriental, Qianmen, Beijing, I was immediately struck by the warm and professional service from the lobby doorman to the check-in butler, creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's elegant ambiance goes without saying, and the courtyard suites are decorated in a subtle, elegant style, creating a truly comfortable living experience. The hotel's afternoon tea and the delicious food and service at Yanting Chinese Restaurant were both top-notch! My co-hosts, Ms. Karlie Mei and Ms. Hayley Jin, were especially kind and thoughtful. Whether it was arranging in-room dining or providing information on tourist attractions, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly enjoyable holiday! Service: An absolute home-away-from-home feeling.

The Mandarin Hotel in Qianmen is a very comfortable hotel that blends seamlessly into Beijing's culture. The daily snacks, goodnight cards, and souvenirs provided by April, the housekeeper, were all very thoughtful. It was a wonderful stay and I'll definitely stay here again!

The courtyard house structure, luxurious hotel layout, and home-like warm experience are definitely worthy of the positioning of the world's top 100 luxury hotels and Beijing's top luxury. From the first second I entered the lobby, I was melted by the warm smiles of the hotel waiters, and half of my fatigue was eliminated. The moment I saw the courtyard suite, I was completely relaxed. Special thanks to the housekeeper Melody for her attentive reception, the warm and lovely welcome card, the suite upgrade for us, and the customized fan for the baby's MO. The meticulous service throughout the whole process really made me feel at home. The baby was reluctant to leave and asked to extend her stay. I also thank an unknown waiter at Yanting for remembering that we liked mung bean cakes and gave them to us for two consecutive days. Thank you to everyone at Qianmen MO for your reception 🌷PS. The facilities and location are excellent, needless to say. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and it would be even better if they added some steak or seafood. The afternoon tea is a bit pricey at 1,000 yuan per person, but it's worth it. Every dessert is delicious, far superior to other five-star hotels! The hotel's management team is particularly commendable. Every service staff member is very enthusiastic and sincere in serving guests. The training of everyone from the manager to the housekeeper is simply excellent. This is really of high standard! The most impressive thing was that there was a young girl from Northeast China who served afternoon tea. She was attentive and enthusiastic, responded to messages promptly, and was full of smiles. She was very warm! For those who can afford to travel to Beijing, Mandarin Oriental is the first choice. It's really worth it! 👍
