帶孩子來參加比賽的，很幸運選擇了家誠公寓，交通很方便，周邊超市，飯店也很便利，公寓的基本設施也都不錯，唯獨缺一個湯碗😂這衹是一個小建議，

地理位置相當好，樓下就是蒲黃榆地鐵站，周圍吃的很多也有超市，交通生活真的很便利，老闆也有求必應，在北京這樣的一個家庭入住性價比高。

家人出遊，選擇這家是明智的選擇，總體比較乾淨整潔，樓層也適中，一家人住還是比較寬裕的，有小廚房，早上爸媽可以做點簡單的早飯，還可以準備去景區的食物，地理位置合適，去景點都不太遠，樓下就是地鐵，衹是基本都需要換乘，發現北京的地鐵換乘還真的有點遠啊！地鐵旁邊就挨着超市，附近吃的喝的齊全，稍微遠處有家小超市，我們每天都去，可以買玉米雞蛋水果等，生活真的很便利！店家態度也蠻友好，有問即答，幫助解決問題。北京畢竟是寸土寸金的地方，每日房價確實不便宜，不過以交通，舒適度等來説，這個價格還是值得的！之前在上海的民宿體驗很一般，這次在北京總體覺得不錯！我們一家結束了愉快的北京之旅！

位置方便，下樓就是地鐵站和超市；服務也特別贊，熱情親切，免費升級了大房間，有廚房可以做飯；也可以免費寄存行李👍

非常滿意，我媽自己去北京，怕她總外面吃不慣就訂了這家公寓可以自己煮東西吃，還給免費升級了房型，環境很好位置也挺好找，樓下是物美大賣場，周圍很多吃的，接待人員也很耐心，下次來還會選擇住這邊

房間在居民樓裏，是民宿。先説的方面，房間比較舒適，本是一居室，客廳較大，又用簾子隔了一下，放了一個床，這樣就有兩個床。房間裏還有一個冰箱，微波爐等，室內有獨立的衞生間，廚房，比較適合行李多，人多的旅客。但是樓裏大廳，電梯到處貼滿：本樓不歡迎民宿，請離開。讓人很不舒服。

夫妻倆帶一老一小出行住，挺乾淨的，東西很齊全，冰箱洗衣機（雖然沒用）都有，房間有門隔開，保證私密性，小孩長者可以看電視，落下了東西房東還可以幫忙寄送，入住後也沒有打擾。樓下就是蒲黃榆地鐵B出口，還有物美超市，還有吃的店鋪，有出租車候車點，挺方便的。

地理位置非常好，靠兩條地鐵線，樓下就是地鐵站和超市商場，吃飯極其方便，屋裡有洗衣機和做飯的，是家庭出遊的好選擇

入住體驗感一般，一進門就有一點異味，空間小，衞生環境有待提高，服務態度及管理有待提高，不適合家庭出遊入住。唯一優點就是離地鐵站近一點！
