CitiGO Hotel Beijing Tian'anmen Square Reviews

Location is very closed to zhushiko metro. No fridge but i guess not so important to have fridge. Temperature is already cold (rainy day). Closed to lawson opened for 24 hours. The room ready late for us. Need to wait for abt ＞30mins but its ok. We too tired to rush anyway.they give us coffee while waiting

The room was small but had everything necessary for my stay. The bed was really comfortable and they cleaned each morning. The location is just PERFECT! You step out of the hotel and you are at one of the main pedestrian streets, with lots of restaurants and cafes . There is also a small convenience store right next to the hotel. The receptionists were very nice and spoke some English. I had breakfast a couple of days and it was very complete, with both Asian and Western food options. I will stay here again if I come back to Beijing :)

The hotel is really good, the staff is very wonderful esp the check in staff, Lisa and the intern has been very well, the housekeepers are also really nice.. must recommend if you want to stay near Qianmen.. will come back

The location is number one. Extremely convenient because it's near both metro line 8 and 7, which goes straight to Beijing West station train station. The area is surrounded by shops and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The room is clean, and you can control room temp. Laundry is available and free. Kids can play in the lobby and you can avail of free midnight snacks. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Great location on a very pretty street with charming character and great restaurants. Lawson next door. Can walk to Tiananmen Square. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great

The hotel has a Perfect location. Good breakfast, overlooking the pedestrian street. It is best to get a room with a window.

Good location nearest Qianmen market and close too lawson, highly recommend

The location is superb. Not only near the metro station, it also within the tourist attraction. Service was good. The staff also very friendly, most importantly they can speak English. The photos share was outside the hotel. Only one suggestion, would be good if they can supply coffee or tea.

Excellent service.!! Food is very good. The staff is very kind and the attention is excellent! the place is very comfortable. Definitely is highly recommended. I’ll fore sure come back to this place.

Good choice to stay In Beijing

Apparently overall the hotel very good in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities. However too bad with one of the staff in front counter showing the very bad attitude while we checking with her the information. Sorry i need to share her name here just to alert other customer while you stay in this hotel. Her name just attached as photos.

One of the best hotel stays I've had in Beijing! Location is perfect, accessible to didi and metro. Lawson and Luckin Coffee beside the hotel. Abundant food options around. Citigo Brunch is very good! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely make CITIGO my hotel every time I'm in Beijing for business or vacation. A+++

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Helen who helped us checked in on the 1st day. She is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect. We like Qianmen walking street so much and we spent lots time on taking photos, visiting different shops and trying Beijing foods. This is the snowing season, and we saw a few snowmen on the street. The room is clean and warm. Thanks to Owen and Jason, too. They helped us with booking entry tickets to Tian A Men Square to watch flag raising and booking taxi (Didi) using their own phones. We are happy with everything here, especially the free super Chicken soup small wanton every night. Should also thank the cleaner lady who served our room 6216. She always smiled and checked on us if we need anything and any helps. Thumbs up! Recommended!
