Really enjoyed staying here. I was competing at a nearby Spartan Race. They were flexible with my late checkout. Was even upgraded to one of the the suites. Would recommend a stay here!

Good stay ; all facilities were good

This is by far the worst hotel service I have ever experienced in China. Room rates were incredibly so expectations started high as well, but to date Chinese hotel had always delivered. This was the complete opposite. Unhelpful guest relations, exorbitant additional cost for EVERYTHING, half a cup of coffee was 95RMB. Pool doesn’t open until noon. Dining cost were absurd. And at roughly 3X the average cost of luxury hotels in China, this was beyond a disappointment. Would never stay here again.

Very good hotel

The room is very good overall, more suitable for bringing children. This time I mainly attended the Strawberry Music Festival, so I didn't experience the swimming pool and other facilities. The room is spacious, but why are there two hangers on the lamp in the mini bar? Or is it not cleaned up? This hotel does not have a children's pool, so you have to stay in another hotel. The ticket price is 588 per person during holidays. If it is not included, the cost performance is too low. Regarding food, it is the worst. 258/person, there is nothing to eat. There is basically no seafood. There are also few stalls. The last thing you can eat is spicy hot pot, and there are not many choices. My friend who lives in the nearby Expo Hotel eats very well. This time I went to experience the brand, but the result was very disappointing

I stayed at their home twice. The location is just opposite Gate 2 of the Expo Park, about 700 meters from the competition point. I took a shower directly after the competition. It was a very happy journey. The hotel has a playground, small animals (ducklings, parrots, etc.), outdoor climbing equipment, trampolines and swimming pools. It is very suitable for parents and children. The breakfast is very rich, and the lunch stay is 258 per person. You can also buy takeout such as KFC and McDonald's nearby, which is very convenient. Xiao Kong of the Hyatt Regency Expo is very enthusiastic. Before checking in, he contacted the needs and provided suggestions in advance. He is a very good butler. The twin room I booked has two 1.2-meter beds, and 2+1 living is very comfortable. The room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toilet has a smart toilet cover.

Bring your kids to attend the Expo. The location is very convenient, right outside Gate 2 of the Expo, with a parking lot underground, very suitable for self-driving. The hotel has complete facilities, very suitable for children. If the Expo's night lights are turned on, it will be more comfortable to walk around at night.

The whole family chose the Expo Hyatt Hotel, which is closest to the venue, to cheer for Erbao to participate in the Spartan Children's Warrior Obstacle Race. Overall, I am very satisfied. Whether it is the docking and service of the hotel service staff, they are very professional and at home! The children are also very happy. A good stay experience. And the best hotel choice for the Spartan race. The richer the breakfast, the better!

The experience was quite good. It was a bit late when we came back from Badaling Zoo the next day. We wanted to go back to the hotel for lunch at noon. The restaurant made two phone calls to confirm the second time to prepare the meal in advance (because we got off work at 2 o'clock). We returned to the hotel at 2:10 and did not delay eating. Another thing I was very satisfied with was that the sky in Yanqing was really blue❤️Walking in the evening, the clear Big Dipper, one, two, three... seven stars, blinking happily, my child and I looked up at the starry sky 🌃 and counted for a long time, my son looked at the Big Dipper and hummed "Little Star"⭐️It felt beautiful

The room is spacious and faces the Expo Park. The hotel is clean and you can take a bath. The mattress is moderately hard. The package I bought also includes tickets to the Wild Duck Lake Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The hotel provides free parking and a children's play area. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the surrounding supermarkets.

The attitude was serious and polite, and they delayed the check-out until two o'clock. The hotel has such excellent staff, which made me feel the professionalism of the hotel. Second, the hotel room is clean, tidy, spacious and convenient. The room was cleaned very quickly during the stay. I called to help clean the dirty floor, took away the takeaway box, and replenished several bottles of Nongfu Spring. The room service was also timely. Third, the environment is perfect, there are hot springs, World Expo Park, and Qibabu Children's Park, which are all very close. The elderly and children like it very much, and I look forward to coming again next time.
