As a regular guest at the Beijing Park Hyatt, the "Little Tomato" butler service is always what I look forward to most with every stay! After booking, they quickly added me on WeChat to confirm my arrival time and inquire about room preferences. During my stay, any questions I had on WeChat were answered immediately. they charged me 468 RmB for a few underwear and socks without informing you beforehand because of a mistake. Yet for such a little thing, they insisted on it. Esther Liu was at the reception the manager, and insisted on the “rules”
The park has really decreased in service and quality over 10 year second going there .
