沒有什麼服務意識，前台橫得很，去了之後讓我補錢30升級房型，説這個太吵了，尤其凌晨兩點後，我説我可能住一個月呢，我先試一下吧，不成我再升級，另一個前台聽我這麼，馬上就説晚上平台客房就關閉了，我説為什麼，第一個前台答不上來，第二個前台説：滿房了，沒房了，又有質疑他推客，但我沒證據，也不是很有所謂，我進入房間後，有個二維碼連接網絡，價格185，比我買的便宜，我買兩晚折後兩百多，同樣的房，不知這都是什麼操作
洗浴休閑區沒去，不知道怎麼樣，就是一進大堂一股濕氣味兒，跟澡堂子差不多，中間去車上拿換洗衣物，回來的時候休閑部門的人攔着要房卡，我説我有，他説必須看到……什麼鬼也不知道，我去客房又不是去洗浴，這都沒完，第二天晚一服務員敲我房門查房，問我幾個人住，我説一個人，他説你老公（一位姓胡的先生，説名字我沒注意）沒跟你住嗎，我説我一個人住，沒有其他人，他説你房間登記的是兩位，另一位就是前面提到的胡姓男士，不知道為什麼要把別人的老公登記到我房間裏面，很惶恐！這事要是有個熟人遇到多少解釋不清……至今也不知道為什麼
所以住了兩天，就發現客房清掃的服務人員態度很和藹
以上評價真實、客觀，衹是本人入住當天的感受，僅供參考

房間舒適乾淨 早餐多種多樣很豐富化 附近挨着公交站 附近便利天橋對面有金唐購物中心 酒店旁邊有居然之家 也有小超市特別方便 桔子酒店前台還帶有甜甜得桔子 前台服務也是特別的周到細緻入微 非常滿意 我很喜歡這家酒店 大家可以來這家入住體驗一下 棒極了👍🌟👏

一如即往的好，酒店真的不錯，特別感謝前台帥哥美女，房間很安靜，設施裝修風格不錯，簡約大方，員工服務態度很好，早餐也很好吃，關鍵酒店位置方便，離地鐵站非常近，地段還不錯，到機場也不遠 ，距離南站很近，距離機場45分鐘左右，打車很方便，酒店真心不錯，位置很方便一進房間就有工作人員打電話到房間詢問房間是否滿意，房間各方面設施很好的，前台服務態度很好，很熱情很好的酒店 ，房間很乾凈，服務非常貼心，服務細節很好的酒店 ，房間很乾凈，做得確實很到位，而且很貼心，大堂還有免費的小零食可以品嚐，特別細心,房間的床品非常優質，很舒服，酒店做的很暖心，酒店特別棒，房間衞生特別乾淨，性價比很高，服務細節做的越來越好了！

酒店門口免費停車，有專人引導。進入酒店大堂前台給介紹自助辦理入住的機器幫助辦理入住，還詢問了對房間的需求，很是貼心。入住贈送了伴手禮，裡邊有飲料洗漱包還有蒸汽眼罩，真是太細心了。房間很明亮，很喜歡床頭燈的設計。衞生也打掃的很乾凈。值得一提的是酒店還有洗衣房，洗完衣服順帶烘乾機烘乾，太方便了。住了一晚上睡眠很好，第二天早上起來去餐廳吃了早餐，菜品很豐盛，味道也很好，大姐還熱情的幫忙煮了餛飩和麪條。退房不用排隊等，直接使用機器可以自助辦理入住。入住整體就是很温馨的感覺！

定的特價到酒店説沒有房間，讓升級房型，這麼大酒店我感覺是前台故意説的，有點累沒有等退了換了個房間，前台有點趾高氣昂的感覺有點瞧不起人，280多的房間升級了竟然還是看不到太陽真是無語，還有就是房間裏面竟然一個梳子也沒有，屋裡燈挺多全是氛圍燈，全開屋裡還是感覺黑黑的不亮堂，入住感覺不佳
