Bvlgari Hotel Beijing

Before checking in, I received a call from the hotel confirming my arrival time and room preferences, which was a thoughtful touch. Any requests I had during my stay were pretty much met. Breakfast could even be delivered to the room, and there was a free minibar. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The quality is undeniable, the only minor drawback being the air conditioning was a bit noisy. It's incredibly close to Xin Rong Ji, and the most pleasant surprises were the breakfast ingredients and the warm service from the restaurant staff.

The room was super comfortable and clean! The service was great too! The room looked lovely and even had a small Christmas tree. They also provided complimentary fruits and desserts! I felt it was a bit dry so they kindly brought a humidifier to my room. The TV can even connect to your phone screen, which is very convenient. I'll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at The Bvlgari, we felt completely at home. The service was incredibly attentive, with every single detail meticulously looked after. Our butler, Helen, was truly exceptional. Her dedication was tireless; she was always available and personally oversaw everything to ensure our absolute delight. She was gracious, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful in her service, responding swiftly to even the most urgent requests. Helen is undoubtedly a shining example in hospitality, an invaluable asset to any guest. Indeed, everyone in our party remarked, "With such impeccable care, what more could one possibly ask for?"

The only four stars I'm giving are for the staff. They were incredibly polite, especially the two gentlemen at the front desk who were exceptionally courteous and well-trained. As for everything else, I wasn't particularly impressed. Let me list a few areas that need improvement: First, the room wasn't very spacious, and the air conditioning would automatically stop blowing after a short while, requiring me to repeatedly switch it on. Second, there were no clear instructions on how to use many features. I searched everywhere for the curtain control button, only to find it hidden inside the bedside table – quite a hassle. Third, the toilet wasn't clean. Under the light, I could clearly see a distinct yellow ring, which really detracted from the experience. Fourth, the bathtub was rather small, lacked a headrest, and the anti-slip mat wasn't placed in an obvious location. Fifth, the turndown service only included hot tea. It would have been much better if it came with additional snacks and fruit. Sixth, the soundproofing was poor; I could hear conversations from outside even with the door closed. Seventh, the in-room phone only offered a single central line, with no specific extensions for butler service, the lobby, housekeeping, or room service. On the positive side: the complimentary cocktail was well-made and delicious. The exterior view from the ground floor bar was also quite beautiful. They offer a complimentary 3-kilometer ride to Sanlitun, which is very convenient. The downstairs area was pleasantly free of boisterous or unrefined guests; instead, it was frequented by charming and elegant ladies. The hotel's interior design is appealing, and the amenities like toothpaste and mouthwash were excellent. However, premium bottled water such as Fiji, Sigma, or Bvlgari branded water would have been a better choice for drinking water. The doorman was also very polite, holding an umbrella in the rain and opening car doors. Special commendation goes to the bespectacled male front desk staff member and the male front desk staff member with less hair; both provided exceptional service. If possible, I would write a letter of commendation to the head office for them.
