Yitel (Beijing TiananmenWangfujing Subway Station)

Very convenient location in the heart of Wangfujing, beside the mrt station, many shops, malls and nice eateries . Welcoming front desk and friendly service staff. Room is cosy, clean and comfortable. Value for money stay and will definitely stay again when back in Beijing and recommend to friends.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Even before our arrival, the service was impressive. I contacted the hotel immediately after booking to request a room close to my mum’s, and they responded promptly through the Trip.com app, assuring me that they would do their best to accommodate us. Upon check-in, my mum was assigned Room 632 (a family room), and I was given Room 627. My sister and I were truly grateful for this thoughtful arrangement, as it made it easy for us to check in on my mum, niece, and nephew throughout the stay. The location is extremely convenient—right beside the Wangfujing subway station—making it easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of food options just steps away. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when we needed assistance purchasing items from Taobao. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful design of the shower area, which helps prevent slips—small details like this really show the hotel’s consideration for guests’ comfort and safety. The room and facilities were super clean, and the team was always prompt in responding to our needs and inquiries. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a mid-range hotel, and I highly recommend it.
