1，辦入住時前台推會員卡導致時間過長，全程光辦入住就用了10幾分鐘，辦完入住也沒有告知客人從哪裡上樓，對於一個連鎖酒店來説很差勁👎，2，入住後房間衞生堪憂，枕頭是臟的，枕頭上還有頭髮，是被人躺過沒換新的布草嗎？3，我們是10點多躺下的，一直都有人嚷嚷唱歌，早上5點多又開始嚷嚷，樓道里的嘈擾聲一直沒斷過，隔音效果太差了，一整晚都沒睡好！4，早上拉開窗簾才發現對面是堵牆，這個窗户還有必要存在嗎？，這是入住喆啡最差勁的一次！影響了對這個品牌的信任感！

這是住過最差的喆啡了，酒店沒有電梯，得走樓梯，房間地暖不熱，牙刷還得上前台拿，外賣不讓送上樓得下樓自取，周邊啥也沒有，距離加油站10米

這家店由管理員到清潔的都是忽悠住客，而且極其沒有禮貌的一羣人在管理。房間狹小不説，走道地毯發臭、房間
設施壞了不更換，酒店隔音效果極差，早上聽到隔壁沖水
説話聲音，而且續佳連基本衞生也不搞，這是一家毫無道德底線的賓館，鑒於不搞衞生的事實本人堅決投訴北京有關部門！
