最忍受不了就是床單被套沒有洗乾淨，枕頭上有好多臟東西。房間小，牆上到處都是蚊子和其他噁心的東西。房間一點都不隔音，阿姨打掃在走廊打掃其他房間時真吵。牆上有東西，建議阿姨打掃房間時認真檢查弄乾凈。噁心。

電視節目不能觀看，電視遙控器換了3個都不能正常使用，衞生間內側門把手是段掉的。入住第一天（12月2日晚到23日下午）沒有熱水，房間不提要求的情況下，竟然不主動提供梳子，有問題找到服務人員，男服務生態度相當差，很沒有禮貌！！！
總之，這是我在攜程訂房間以來，最差的一次體驗，太讓人失望了！！！！

非常失望，房間空調打開巨吵有異響，就像是隔壁是施工隊，一直在拉電鋸。跟前台好好反應問題，申請換個房間也不同意，説是房間都訂滿了，樂，當時立馬點開攜程，各個房型的方向都是空餘的，很會編，衹説很會牟利。反映到最後，給出的解決方案就是“送兩瓶水”+下次來再免費幫忙升級户型，就這個時候了，不想着解決問題，還想着利益最大化呢，這次問題不解決，誰下次還來住啊？想週末塗個開心的小情侶，可以看看這個房間的服務態度和衞生條件（多個地方開裂），哦原來這就是首都啊。

就在北體大隔壁，一牆之隔，入住方便快捷，服務熱情周到，就是房間設施有些老化，地板有幾塊翹起來了，擔心晚上起夜不注意的話會不會被跘到，有點危險

我們進入房間的時候門時開的，衞生間換氣扇聲音很大也開着，房間灰塵大，房頂還有漏水的痕跡，連一個座椅都沒有，因為那天去酒店快0點了，太晚了很累，就將就了一下，太失望了👎
