Terrible service. My suitcase appeared broken and open in the room after the cleaning service came. They denied the incident, refused to take responsibility and refused to give any kind of compensation. When we asked for the complaint form they didn't have one, the only solution was to call the police.

Take the subway to Exit G of Jingfeng Road. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the subway. The transportation is very convenient. Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven and other famous attractions can be reached in about an hour by subway. The staff in the hotel are very nice. There are free sour plum soup, lemon juice, coffee and other drinks at the front desk, as well as free robot delivery service. There are free washing machines, dryers, and fitness equipment on the first floor, and you can do laundry at night. There is a queue, but it is quite convenient. If you have any questions, call the front desk and they will be on call. The overall experience is great, but the neighborhood is a bit deserted. The nearest Wanda Plaza is about a 10-minute walk away. However, if I have the opportunity to come to Beijing in the future, I will choose Home Inn!
