Beijing Guanshan Homestay (Hongluosi Branch, Huairou District)

Secondly, the boss and the housekeeper are very considerate and have a great attitude! Finally, the location is excellent! It's a ten-minute walk from Hongluo Temple, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, Internet celebrity restaurants, and cafes nearby. The courtyard is designed very carefully. You can sing karaoke on the first floor and barbecue on the third floor. It's suitable for friends to come together for a party. The room is also very warm in winter. If it's cold, just turn on the air conditioner for a while before going to bed.

This is my first time staying in this B&B, but I have already fallen in love with it. From the moment I walked in, I was attracted by the design and layout here. The fourth star is its environment. You can see the mountain view in the room. There is also a super large terrace on the roof. There are sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The scenery is so beautiful! The fifth star is convenient parking. There are N parking spaces and it is spacious. For a novice like me, it is a benefit!

The room layout is reasonable and clean! Fourth: The supporting facilities are good. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and charging piles next to it! Fourth: The facilities and equipment in the B&B are complete, KTV, mahjong machines, arcades, and hot springs are all available, which can meet our needs!

The transportation is convenient. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The homestay provides free parking spaces. There are housekeepers to guide parking, help with luggage, and introduce surrounding commercial facilities and scenic spots. It is very close to the Hongluo Temple Scenic Area and can be reached on foot. There are also many supermarkets, restaurants, and Internet celebrity restaurants. It is very convenient. The decoration style of the homestay is what I like. It belongs to the Nordic simple style. It is a**ospheric. You can tell at a glance that the homestay owner has spent a lot of thought and is very attentive! The facilities in the homestay are very complete and also very new. It should have been opened not long ago. There are mahjong machines, large arcades, and professional audio equipment. I have to say that the sound effect is amazing. I like singing. My family also had a lot of fun and took a hot spring bath. There is also a small bar at the front desk where you can have a drink. The overall feeling is very good and relaxing. The boss is also very good. He also gave us a few more bottles of drinking bottled water. Thank you. At the same time, I wish the owner of the homestay a prosperous business. Objectively speaking: the hotel is okay, but not worth the price. First: The balcony on the third floor is a public area rather than a private area, so the personal area is actually very small, almost 40 square meters; Second: The boss is a nice person, but he is not a professional in running B&Bs. I suggest the boss check out what services and equipment are available in hotels of the same price range outside. (The luxury suite at Sunrise Oriental Kempinski is only 1k) Third: The equipment is too simple, one pillow per person, plus one small pillow. No tissue paper. There was only one bath towel and two bottles of water (I asked the boss for two bottles later). Summary: The hotel is okay, but not worth the price at all.

The location of the B&B is very good. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Hongluo Temple and more than 10 minutes to drive to the Xishan Trail of Yanqi Lake. Parking is also convenient. The owner is very nice and will call in advance to reserve a parking space. The rooftop terrace is also great for taking photos. It would be better if there was another table in the room, which would be more convenient for using the computer or eating.
