this place is extremely depressing, the rooms are dirty, gloomy and old, and smell like fungus and the internet is slow, the water temperature hard to control .. the worse hotel I have ever stayed at

When I tried to pay for the room with my credit card I was told they only accept USD or pay a 15% fee using the card. Furthermore, the lifts didnt work, power cut off every few hours and breakfast was very average at best.

This hotel is dirty, unsanitary and full of unprofessional workers, the management are experts in making up stuff to lure fees, from creating fake pictures of burns to creating false situation to ask for more fees, the bathroom is dirty and I think it caused me a foot fungal infection, the carpet is absolutely disgusting and nothing I mean nothing is working properly, the drawers are stuck the bed is uncomfortable the doors squeak and the staves don’t slide normally, this place is a mess and everyday they purposely deactivate the card so you have to go to the front desk to get a new key to gain access to the room, all so you have to pay someone a tip, they drive you crazy attempting to take your luggage or bags or find anything they can scam you with, they made up a picture that we burned a bedsheet with an iron on day 2 when we did not even have an iron in the hotel room, we asked them to get us one on day 3 that didn’t even work, we explained to the front desk assistant but she couldn’t help she was following instructions from another guy.
