This was our 2nd stay this year and I think that says all you need to know . We’ve visited Mauritius many times and I think we have finally found the best place you can stay . The villas are immaculate , I’d recommend a 3 bedroom villa as these give you more outside space and privacy , the staff are amazing - special notes to Adarsh , Joelle and Fabrinha and all the staff at the golf courses (too many to mention) but it was nice to see Norman again . The levels of service are unparalleled here and the people warm your hearts with their kindness , adding to the sheer quality of the properties you are left with a truly 5 star experience , nothing left to say apart from The Heritage is really making us consider buying a property here

The villas are well kept and beautiful. The only thing in our villa, there was no Aircon in the lounge and dining area, but all the rooms did have. The weather was nice and not too hot when we were there. Even so, I’m sure in the hotter months that would be an issue. My brother’s villa did have Aircon in the lounge, so I assume not all villas are the same. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue the 1st night we were there with the service at the C beach club, once we complained the management made sure to accommodate us and made our stay memorable, as we ate breakfast there and swam by the pool and beach. So they really redeemed themselves. All the restaurants were great and great service and reception accommodated all our needs. I would highly recommend Heritage.

It's the tranquility and quietness that always makes me come back, the sea views, and lush landscaping that makes you feel as if you are all alone with your family at Valriche. The pool glimmers in the sunshine with its beautiful black slate tiles, the Villa is beyond amazing, the beds are comfy, the Villa is amamzing, really worth the trip. Valriche is a special place that you have to come visit.

Heritage villas is a great venue for large families and specially as we were looking for a mix of private time blended with hotel amenities. Will definitely come back. Special mention to Stephanie and reception team for coordination! We also used the hotel facilities (spa, pool and restaurant) and had great culinary diversity and experience.

In February 2024 my wife and I spent ten days at the Heritage The Villas. The villas are located in a kind of gated community on a hill amid a golf course and are connected via small paths to the Heritage resorts Le Telfair and Awali. We had an electric golf cart which took us to the resorts in a couple minutes (actually fun to drive although our buggy seemed a bit dated) and with our Gourmet Bliss package we could enjoy the two resorts' various restaurants (and cocktails in e.g. the bar Cavendish at Le Telfair) without hesitation. We could also use the C-Beach Club and had dinner at the Golf House as well as the Chateau. Only some dishes/cocktails were excluded from our package and marked as such in menus. The refrigerator in the villa is supplied each day (excluding Sundays) with two bottles of water, two cans of Coca Cola and Fanta each, a few cans of local beer, and juice and milk carton and this was included for us, too. After our early morning arrival we had to wait about five hours for our villa but we could use the C-Beach Club in the meantime. Plus we got a free upgrade from our booked One-Bedroom Villa to a Three-Bedroom-Villa. The villa (No. 107) was beautiful and we had three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (two with bathtub) and aircon as well as two outside showers (one on a balcony, hidden from sight, and one in the garden). Also aircon in the open kitchen/dining/living room area with guest restroom. The pool had a perfect size for us and the peace and quiet (plus nice views) in the area were extremely relaxing. There is a short handover procedure at the beginning and at the end of the stay for the buggy and the villa, which was however reasonable and smooth. It's an understandable process considering you're taking over an electric cart and a house with inventory. Due to a Cyclone Level 3 there was a lockdown on the whole island for one day so that we were confined to our villa for a day and night, but we were well taken care of during the Cyclone: we were kept informed about the situation via WhatsApp and during the storm, when it was still safe, some staff made the way up to the hillside villas to supply us with food and drinks. Not everything was perfect, naturally, but it was almost perfect. It would have been great to have some slippers and bathrobes in the villa, for example, or an in-villa breakfast or dining included in the Gourmet Bliss pack or so. But whenever we addressed something (we didn't address the slippers and bathrobes...) it was taken care of swiftly and without much ado. For example, when I voiced my strong discontent about the Awali's Boma restaurant and its African Night concept (didn't feel exclusive at all and certainly not authentic but rather like ordinary package holiday stuff to me), the manager on site immediately reacted by offering to have a staff member accompany us to the Infinity Blue restaurant for an excellent a la carte dinner. So we left Boma and continued our dinner at the Infinity Blue,

Our trip was absolutely spectacular. It was head and shoulders better than any other holiday we have ever been on (and we are very well travelled). After some issues with our booking and truly horrendous journey thanks to air Mauritius (30 hours in Gatwick) we were overjoyed to arrive at such a beautiful place. The hotel had responded well and more than dealt with all the issues. The villa (number 48) was gorgeous. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. Although we mainly dined at le telfair the kitchen was well equipped. It was cleaned daily and towels exchanged. Water/beer/wine and soft drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed the freedom of having our own golf buggy. We spent our days at Le telfair and the beach club. We did venture to Awali and was pleasantly surprised altho we did not eat there. Le telfair and the gourmet bliss AI was absolutely superb. The hotel is lovely. We had breakfast at Annabelle’s, lunch at le palmier or beach club and dined around the hotels restaurants for diner. We particularly enjoyed Ginja. The all inclusive package is comprehensive (but there are exceptions which are clearly marked). The wine selection is particularly good. Champagne is included. You have to sign for everything you consume despite being AI. Each bill just says zero. We used le telfair kids club for our 5 and 3 year olds. They had a lot of toys and activities including taking the children swimming and cooking classes. We also used the hotel babysitting daily. Please note you have to pay 1500Rs for a taxi home for the baby sitter after 7pm in addition to the babysitting fee! We travelled in Feb and the weather forecast and the actual weather were absolutely not connected! Weather forecast was dire and weather was incredible. The staff at Heritage the Villas were fantastic. Special mention to Stephanie and Khusboo but there were several others who really made our stay perfect. We had a WhatsApp concierge who were very responsive and helpful. Honestly it was such a phenomenal experience. We can not wait to return.

A week of golf to meet friends who were out here for a few weeks. The villa was superb, overlooking the Chateau course - excellent equipped, ample size and very private. The maid service was excellent, as was the service offered by the concierge team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very efficient in communicating. Each restaurant was great, but Gin'Ja stood out as being the jewel in the crown - a superb pan Asian - wish we had gone there sooner. Having full access to both the Telfair and the Awali is excellent, with each offering something a little different. The Gourmet Bliss/All Inclusive package I think actually saved us a small fortune, and overall to us it felt like good value. If your a golfer, try and get to La Reserve early - A proper golf course, spectacular with 18 great holes. They have done a great job and probably be top 15 - 30 in the world once established. Would love to make this trip a regular one!

I would like to thank the staff because they were so nice and helpful, especially Melanie and Dhanraj. The villa was beautiful, clean, and had a gorgeous view. I booked a half bored, the breakfast was good, and for dinner, I got to try different restaurants for 5 days for free, which was fantastic.
