We were there for only 1 night as we had a flight next day. As a hotel close to the airport it perfect. If you want to experience San Jose then it is a bit far off. As a diamond member for trip ee got a good deal and was worth it

This is a very bad hotel. I will never stay here again. I have skin allergies and severe rashes. They haven't healed yet! I booked for 3 nights and stayed for one night. I had to go to the hotel late. The next day, I was told that I couldn't stay there anymore and needed to see a doctor. Now a week has passed and I still haven't refunded the room fee. This is a very bad hotel. It should be closed forever and stop hurting people! It's damp and moldy and smells all over! I can't give it a score of 0, otherwise it would definitely be 0!

All facilities are old. Bath towers are very old. The AC is very old, and the cold air it blows out is full of moldy smell. It was my worst experience staying the “hotel by Marriott”. It costs me $168 / night, for sure it is overpriced, and it is a motel instead.

The lady at the front desk had a lousy attitude.
She gave us a room that was occupied, we had to go back down to ask for another room, not acceptable.
