Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante il periodo di Capodanno. L’esperienza è stata fantastica, il personale è stato attento e gentile, qualsiasi richiesta è stata accolta con il sorriso ed esaudita. Le camere pulite e con vista sulle montagne da togliere il fiato. Sempre rifatte al rientro in hotel. Il riscaldamento perfetto, la temperatura si può regolare autonomamente tramite le manopole dei termosifoni. Il cuoco bravissimo, cena e colazione varie e buonissime, con prodotti tipici del Trentino. Siamo appena tornati e non vediamo l’ora di ripartire, sicuramente sfruttando l’anno prossimo l’organizzazione e la posizione top, per sciare un po’.

posizione perfetta a 1 minuto a piedi dallo skibus, personale amichevole gentile e disponibile, prezzi onesti. zona spa piccolina ma poco affollata. cibo ottimo e ben seervito, colazione a buffet con parecchia scelta. l'unico neo la stanza piccolina (ma con terrazzo) e un pò vecchiotta.

Reception scorbutica, nessuna info riguardo escursioni nella zona, non disponibile neppure una cartina. Camera pagata come matrimoniale ma minuscola con letto alla francesce appoggiato alla parete e accessibile solo da un lato. Nel bagno neppure un gangio per appendere asciugamani. Riscaldamento non regolabile. In camera non c è telefono per contattare la reception. Cassaforte chiusa e inutilizzabile.Centro benessere con acqua fredda nella piscina. Aspetti positivi: buona colazione e cena.

L'albergo è accogliente e curato, il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La camera era spaziosa e calda con un bel bagno e un bel tavolo. Avevamo la mezza pensione e abbiamo mangiato bene, io sono vegetariana e ogni sera avevo varie proposte, addirittura per l'ultimo dell'anno c'era il menù veg. La piscina è molto carina. Ho apprezzato molto la raccolta differenziata ad ogni piano e che per l'ultimo dell'anno abbiano preso l'animazione e le stelline per i bambini. La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dalla fermata degli ski bus e da una piccola coop, e a pochi minuti da un bellissimo parco giochi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Dopo 3 soggiorni invernali si apprezza il migliorare del servizio, della cucina e della struttura anche se datata. Il personale è diretto con professionalità dalla direttrice Eleonora sempre presente, sorridente e disponibile. Tutto lo staff è preparato e simpatico, dalla sala al centro benessere. Cucina al top con ottimi piatti presentati benissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento a Stefano, Domenico ed Eleonora per aver contribuito a farci trascorrere una settimana di capodanno da favola. PS: sono riusciti anche a far nevicare alla mezzanotte di capodanno

Hotel super confortevole, panorama bellissimo, personale e Proprietarie Affettuose e molto professionali, pulizia eccellente, cibo eccellente, personale e staff altamente qualificati, diponibili e gentili, posizione bellissima 💕 sono stato lì dal 9 al dicembre .. indimenticabile torno volentieri..e propongo a tutti di provare questo magico Hotel... grazie per tutto.. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Tutto nella normalità ma sicuramente non un 4 stelle come definito. Ottima la colazione con personale gentilissimo. Peccato che la struttura dichiarata pet friendly non mi abbia permesso di portare la mia cagnolina nelle sale comuni e perciò in futuro non potrò più tornarci.Il paesaggio intorno dir poco meraviglioso.

Location super accogliente,appena arrivati siamo andati direttamente in spa. Cucina veramente molto squisita,camerieri gentilissimi attenti a ogni esigenza, è veramente molto simpatici. Camera pulita con una vista spettacolare sulle Dolomiti. Qualità prezzo direi ottima,sicuramente da ritornarci!
