Although the staff and service were excellent, the property and rooms appeared outdated. The absence of air conditioning made the stay challenging.

Personnel sympathique et disponible. Hôtel calme et bien situé (face à un parc et proche de Vichy). Cependant, l'ensemble aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi et vidé de ses pigeons (nuisances sonores et salissures sur les balcons).

Très bon accueil. Merci au jeune homme qui a mis tout en oeuvre pour me changer de chambre (résa 2 lits séparés et à l'arrivée 1 lit double).
Seul point négatif = le petit déjeuner qui est très simple (mais qu'à 10 euros) = la charcuterie ne faisait pas très fraiche, 1 seul fromage, pas de yaourt aux fruits.

Hotel residence tres bien situe, emplacement ideal pour visiter Vichy , vue sur parc tres agréable.
Personnel disponible et accueillant.
Tout petit bemol: une cafetière a filtre dans le logement alors qu'est indiqué dans les services une machine a expresso , nous avions de ce fait prevu nos capsules ...prevoyez le changement ou au moins l'option à l’accueil.

Une nuit passée au Brit Hotel le Parc. Accueil professionnel et sympathique avec une explication et un plan pour la visite de Vichy. Le matin la personne à l'accueil était également très à l'écoute. Propreté irréprochable, chambre de taille appréciable. La déco des couloirs est un peu vintage. J'ai observé que le tri du papier n'était pas fait lors du débarrassage du petit déjeuner. Bonne impression générale.

très bon accueil à la réception. la personne présente après nous avoir indiquer notre chambre nous a montrer les lieux à visiter carte à l'appuie avec de nombreux détails sur les curiosités locales et la ville de vichy n'en manquent pas. Nous avons apprécier et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. De plus un rassemblement de voiture ancienne MG avait lieu lors de notre week-end.
