This is the 1st time in my life that I have an awful experience at a hotel. They have light sensors inside the rooms and they kept turning on every 15min. My partner and I did not get any sleep at all. The worst part was the 2nd hand smoke coming in through the ventilators and through the AC. Hotel even says they are newly refurnished and have a zero tolerance of smoking! Go firgure that. We had such an awful experience. We asked for a full refund and we have yet to receive any refund.

The linen in the room is black and gray (the original color is white). The front desk asks for a tip when you check in. There is no TV remote control in the room. I called the front desk who had already given the tip, and they said that it could only be delivered the next day. It's time to check out, it's amazing! By the way, this front desk accepts a cash deposit of 50 knives, and you give 100 to him without change, but the receipt is 50. Be cunning, you don't want him to pretend that he doesn't know. For the pricing of this motel it should have been lowered. You’ll think because it’s a red roof brand that it will be decent but no it’s not. Lots of renovations need to be done in the rooms.
The bathroom door had a huge crack in it like someone tried to snap it in half. The toilet, sink, and shower was dirty prior to check in. When asked to have Accommodations for this the front desk didn’t want to assist with it. Barely wanted to send housekeeping to clean since it was the end of the day. On top of that the room didn’t have no clean towels, and when asked for that the housekeeper had to find towels due to low inventory and no detergent.

The heater to my room didn’t work and it was freezing. I went down to office and he said he would sent the guy up to my room. The guy showed up with a blanket and said the heater can’t be fixed and to use the extra blankets. I said will I get some sort of discount, he said if I checked out in 10 minutes I can get a refund. Mind you I was in the town for the night on a trip, I couldn’t just leave .

Ehhh...first room was nice. Clean. Woke up to a puddle of rain where i was sleeping, was exhausted from a family member passing away, so it was inconvenient to have to move rooms when i wanted to rest. The next room was less clean had to call for service. Staff was not as helpful as they could have been... never got my refund. Overall tbis stay made my trip exhausting.

The room was dirty and the towels smelled. When I asked for new towels they never brought any, the room was infested with roaches. I checked out early and the would not refund me.

They had roaches in the room . I complained and got switch to a different room that had roaches as well. I hate the experience. Will not recommend!
