We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is conveniently situated in town, close to many cafés, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is bright, though maybe a little old-style for anyone who likes modern accommodation. Internet is good, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly....all in all a pleasant place to stay.

Siempre volvemos a este excelente hotel desde hace años.Camas muy cómodas , muchas amenities, albornoces , zapatillas , muy limpio y relación calidad precio, muy buena! Karina de recepción muy profesional y atenta. Muy recomendable!!!

La habitación estaba limpia pero la cama era una piedra, el ambientador muy fuerte, el aseo tenía un calentador de toallas que se caía a cachos y tanto por la tarde como a las 9:30 de la mañana se escuchaba taladrar, muy molesto. Por otra parte, la atención del personal del hotel muy amable. No repetiría, muy mala calidad/precio.

Buenas instalaciones. Baño completo de accesorios (albornoz, pantuflas. etc.). muy limpio, bien situado y a un precio excelente. Posibilidad de aparcar fácil en las inmediaciones. La recepcionista, no es muy simpática, pero es eficaz.

He de decir que llegando a medianoche y con todo cerrado hicieron todo para que tuviese algo para cenar y a mayores también me consiguieron un cargador. Eso lo hicieron por la voluntad de dar servicio. El desayuno con nota, zumo natural... El estado del hotel y mi habitación como si estuviese renovado de hace poco.

Nos alojamos una noche en el hotel, por la que pagamos 68€ en abril 2024 más 7€/pax/desayuno. Nos sorprendió gratamente el cuarto de baño, pese a no tener plato de ducha como preferimos, porque estaba muy limpio, con bidé, tenía toallas buenas y nuevas, incluso albornoz y zapatillas (no olvidemos que es un 3*), espejo de aumento para maquillarte, además de "amenities" variadas. Con caja fuerte y minibar con bebidas a precios razonables. Pedimos dos almohadas individuales porque la cama tenía una sola de matrimonio y nos las dieron diferentes según gusto sin problema. El desayuno es bueno aunque no tenga nada caliente (huevos, salchichas y bacon), pero yo soy vegetariana y desayuné bien. Buen detalle los botecitos de cristal con tomate natural y la bebida de soja. En la propia calle se puede aparcar sin dificultad y es tranquilo. Frente al hotel una buena panadería. A 10 minutos del centro andando. De pasar por Benavente, repetiríamos.

Hotel bien situado muy centrico. El personal agradable y la habitación muy limpia y reconfortable. En todo momento nos indicaron que lugares visitar en Benavente, y la verdad que nos sentimos como en casa. Es un hotel al que volveremos sin ninguna duda.
