What a beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. This was our first time staying and we will definitely be back.

The room is newly renovated and we feel comfortable to stay. Breakfast is semi-buffet but food is brilliant especially the waffle. The only drawback is hotel doesn’t have their own parking facility.

I cannot daily this hotel in any way. I did not want to write a positive review because I don’t want it to get popular then I won’t get a room! Everything from start to finish.

Very good, convenient transportation, comfortable and clean

Spotless and very clean, the hotel lobby and room are like art galleries, the location is also very good, the breakfast is very good, bread, milk and fruits are self-service, and ordering a hot meal freshly cooked is included at no extra charge

Directly opposite St Paul's Cathedral in central Birmingham City. There are high-end restaurants, depar**ent stores, and pubs and cafes across the street. At the time of check-in, I felt arrogant, probably because I couldn't communicate well with my Japanese accent and the South American accent of the receptionist. The hotel is wonderful because both the rooms and the restaurant are historic buildings. I liked the spacious bathroom in the room.

Good location, very close to the train station

There was no one at the door to greet the guests and guide the hotel's parking methods, so that the police posted a ticket, and the hotel did not respond to the matter at all.

I paid at the hotel, but it turned out that it has been almost 2 months since I pre-authorized it, and I still haven’t received a refund. It’s best not to book this hotel. It’s very nonsense.

The check-in experience is great, the design and decoration of the rooms are very good, the location is excellent, all within walking distance. There are relatively few options for breakfast. When encountering a breakfast reception with an unprofessional attitude, it was already early but not updated to the form. The attitude was indifferent, so it wasted more than 10 minutes to catch the train, and the problem has been reported to the hotel.

It was quite good, the breakfast was plentiful and the room was impeccable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, no matter where you go, it is very convenient. The room is clean and spacious, with plenty of space, which is rare in the UK. The staff are well mannered and friendly. Breakfast is a semi-buffet. You can choose the main meal from the menu, and then pick up other foods by yourself. There are not too many food choices. Overall, I am very satisfied with the three-day and two-night stay.
