We were a little apprehensive with some of the recent reviews but we really liked it here. There were two couples together and we had a great time. The property is beautiful. It's smaller than other all-inclusive resorts I've been to and I liked that. We each had a swim out suites and the rooms are very nice. We happened to have shade early in the day so that was sort of a bummer but we hung out by the pool and that was fun. There are reviews that say you don't have to save lounge chairs early but you really do if you want a specific spot and make sure you use more than a towel to do so. The bars open at 10am. We didn't mind the points system that some people noted in their complaints although, just having the items that people want available more freely would be nicer, and I'm not sure if points are based on the type of room you get. Not having a beach wasn't a take-away for us. The activity pool overlooks the Sea and it's very pretty so in a way it's better than a beach. You get the best of both worlds with the sounds, beauty, breeze, waves, boats, etc. and then it's close to the bar, easy to take a refreshing dip, and no sand everywhere. The Landshark overlooks the Sea as well and you can eat outside. Overall, it was a lovely time. The staff work so hard and seem to want to make your stay enjoyable. No matter what, you're in paradise so it's awesome!
