The food in the independent restaurant is good, but the cafeteria is average. There are many activities and the service is very good. But the beach is average, the red tide is serious, and there is no Caribbean blue.

It didn't feel like a dream destination, nickeld and dimed my sister who had a wedding there, so much water inside the hotel due to humidity that hallways and floors were soaked, salon services were atrocious, reservation confusion, no access to room service due to lack of labor

Staff is amazing. Italian restaurant was my favorite, food was excellent. I don’t recommend this hotel for couples traveling by themselves. If you are traveling with kids I do recommend it. The bed was kind of uncomfortable, I hope the change them soon. Overall experience was good.

This property is excellent. It’s clean and neatly kept. The pools are clean and properly maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are stairways that need to have handrails installed. One of the ramps is pretty steep with no handrail and some of the restaurants require climbing steps and some need handrails for those who need them.

This was 1st time coming there. Everyone and everything was great. I traveled with my 2 and 6 year old. They both had lot of fun. The staff was great ….super sweet and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was waiting long for our evening dinner. I would suggest if the hotel could consider making reservations that might make it easier for families with kids. Otherwise food and drinks were great. Breakfast buffets, Mexican and Oceana restaurants was our favourite. We look forward to coming back again.

The buffet was horrible. The food was always cold. The other restaurants had great food, but there was an hour plus wait to eat every night.

The property itself was beautiful! The upgrade we received was supposedly an upgrade. But it looked just like our non vip friend whom also went with us. We were supposed to get a complimentary bottle of liquor as vip and and asked for it, but never got it. Also we were supposed to have our sheets turned over and lavender sprayed on our pillows, that never happened either. The dinner buffet was the same food every evening. We did get to try the Italian restaurant. The tiny portions was not enough to fill our tummy’s. The steak restaurant was better. I would definitely give it another chance. I think they need to add entertainment and music during the day as well.

Even though it is a family friendly hotel, it was not overwhelmingly swarming with kids. A party of all adults will have a wonderful time
