Kannawa Onsen Hachiyo

You cannot currently find this property on Trip.com. The name that appears on Google and the name that appears on Rakuten Travel are different. I had a hard time finding the name of this accommodation after making a reservation. Just go to the address on Trip.com. It's a bit of a climb, but it's relatively flat. I made a reservation for 5 people through Trip.com, but it was booked into 2 rooms for 3 people and a meal was prepared for 6 people. Although gender was never mentioned anywhere, the reservation was made for 6 men. Anticipating that a problem would arise, I entered information in the "special requests" section, but the accommodation did not (or could not) verify this information, so I ended up paying for 6 people instead of 5. Not only was there no refund for the fee, but the hot spring tax was paid for 6 people on the first day, and only for 5 people on the second day. There is a problem with Trip.com's system rather than the hotel.
